Avatar f tn Also there are a lot of great healthy casserole recipes that require cooked chicken. I will put the chicken in the crockpot with my preferred seasonings before work, and by the time I get home, all I have to do is assemble the casserole and put it in the oven! That chicken also tastes good on a homemade salad if you start to feel too lazy for a casserole :) I hope th is helps!

There was another meal I can't find. It was a yellow sauce and was on the sweeter side.

I came up with a very simple chicken burger, I use ground chicken(perdue) but ground turkey works fine. 1lb ground chicken 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning, (you can add more if you like it zesty! not more than 1 tsp) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 Tbs veggie oil mix all together, let marinate in the refrig. for about an hour. Shape into patties grill in a stove top grill pan, or sautee in a fry pan.

Avatar n tn I have given a recipe I swear by ,on the post below this one, I make a bowl of veggies up and nibble on them when I want as I know that for me being hungry will make me eat more so I eat snacks a few times a day ,always healthy ones, I eat 2 apples a day .. I also like soup I find them filling and enough at a meal ..You need protein so chicken and any meat in my opinion is okay ..Beans and lentils if you don't want any meat .
