Avatar m tn just wondering if any one out there has any good healthy ideas for breakfast i wil be making up a list of meal plans and putting there on here for every one to use.
Avatar n tn Hello, I'm 21, weight 69kg! Here's my daily meal plan : breakfast a slice of white bread with lettuce and cucumber, sometime added a bowl of papaya. I wanted to change to wheat but my blood type is B. I eat papayas (fruit) a bowl for lunch and dinner, sometimes I don't have dinner. I snack cream crackers whenever I feel hungry, but only 6 pieces per day, no night time snack. I drink a lot, like 8 or more glasses per day, especially when I'm feeling hungry.

Avatar f tn Okay, so I'm 13 years old and weigh 169 pounds. I used to weight 182 pounds. But 169, That's overweight. When I went for my physical my doctor said that I needed to go to a nutritionist because of that . So I did. And right now, I'm exersizing on a treadmill and for like 2-3 hours a day at 3.4 speed or whatever it's called. But what I'm having trouble with is my dieting plans. Would someone give me an example for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks? Thanks.

I'm not good at eating. Are things like carnation breakfast healthy? I never bought it. I don't know. I have gastroparesis because of autonomic dysfunction. That's why I have nausea/vomiting. What can I put in my smoothie, like protein or something that will help me get my morning nutrition. Before pregnancy I didn't care, but I am 13 weeks and I want to make sure I'm doing this right. Avatar n tn We don't really do diet plans, but you can do that via the Diet Diary app... it will help you figure out the number of calories you need/day, plus the amount of protein, carbs, fat, etc... Focus on lean protein, healthful fats, veggies...
Avatar f tn Breakfast - fruit salad n orange juice. Lunch - salad, fruit salad, powerade, n water. Dinner - meat, potatoes, fruit salad, salad, powerade, n water. x2 Snacks - fruit salad n water. Physical: Morning - 10 minutes yoga. Afternoon - 5 minute stretching, 1 hr power walking, 5 minutes stair laps, 10 minute 10-20 arm weights, 50-100 push ups, n crunches. Evening - 10 minutes yoga. *minimum of 4 days a week* I am 190 lbs n I want to lose 70 lbs in 1 year.
Avatar f tn t work because to really lose weight and keep it off , you need to eat healthy foods ALL the time. Not eating breakfast is a terrible idea...your body needs nutrition after sleeping all night. Even if you only have time for a protein shake or piece of fruit in the morning, that's better way to start your day. Eat more veggies/salad. Portion contra is key! If I could advise one other important thing it would be...drink water...no soda ( even diet soda)...no juices that are high in sugars.

They have strawberry, vanilla, chocolate malt, dark chocolate and regular milk chocolate flavors It's Just basically chocolate milk powder mix But has alot of The vitamins, calcium etc in It So They are pretty good... Also fruit, and I like making scrambled eggs with shredded cheese melted in It and If u like At least tomatoes and green onions dice them and throw them in there. It's So good.

And protein is a key ingredient; adding a little lean protein to your breakfast may be just the boost you need to help keep you feeling full until lunchtime. I have about 3 or 4 quick and easy breakfasts that I can make in very little time. I rotate them to prevent breakfast boredom.
