Avatar n tn Did get ideas of everyday putting 1/4 coconut oil in something I am eating, To use real butter. To use olive oil in salads and eat 1 carrot a day. Plus drink purified water. I have been drinking bottled water but not the purified, it was the spring water. Also, high omega 3 fish oil. eat nuts within reason. So I am trying to get on the right track with the diet. Again thank you for your input. What is the website for your forum?

199177 tn?1490498534 Only you know him, and you need to ask yourself----and dig deep---if you feel in any way that he could possibly harm you fatally. Nobody should ever have to contemplate these things, but the reality is.......you do. Please be very careful of your actions right now. If there is even the slightest thought that he could harm you or the children, don't go to mom's. You need a better plan.

199177 tn?1490498534 Im on an antibiotic right now that the dentist office phoned in yesterday so i didnt even have to go in to his office for it. So after a few days of letting the infection get under control he'll pull it. It already feels so much better (apaprently the old Augmentin i had here that i was taking was too old to be effective anymore and wasnt doing a thing). It hasnt hurt me hardly at all today, but i know it still needs to come out or else it'll start hurting again once i stop the ABX.
