It feels good...The rest of it is in a savings account. I guess we could go on vacation but for now, we'd rather see the money in the bank earning some interest and building on it. Its hard to save so we decided since we had a lil chunk to start with, why not?! How about you guys?

285848 tn?1219092313 Welcome to life as an adult. It happens to us all. It never ends. All I can say it it always helps to have a savings account that you don't touch unless it's emergency like right now. Take as much as you can spare from each pay check into savings that way if you have an over draft, the bank will take it out of your savings instead of bouncing your check. Even when you are not "broke" you have issues like these. Good luck.

My husband and I already have plans for that when the time is right. Second of all I do not want her nor my in-laws to have my child's social security number.

Avatar f tn if you spend more than you bring in your account gets smaller. If you combine exercise with a reduction of calorie intake, the weight loss will be quicker. (Loose your job [not bringing in anything - calorie intake] and keep paying your bills [exercise] and your "savings" [weight] will go down!) But don't starve yourself! Stopping all your calorie intake will put your body into shock. Then when you do eat, your body will try to store what your bringing in.
