I would suggest calling the company ( I think you said Colonial Life) And give them your policy number and tell them you wish to speak to the
underwriter for that account, or possibly the claims person. I dont do disability
insurance so I am a little unsure if teh titles are the same, but your agent can only be an advocate for you so much before you need to call the ocmpany direct. I think you should call the company directly..
