When your lady parts are sore, swollen,
healing, and possibly torn or cut it helps
with the
healing. They give you pain medicine but going pee has still been hard for me. Drink tons of water after labor, it really helps! Bit of advice being only 6 weeks, get active!!!! Do yoga and go for walks, keep as much of your abdominal muscles as you can! It helps so much when it comes to pushing.
