I have had migraines all my life, and I had them during both pregnancies - i have one girl, and one boy. They definitely got better towards the end with my daughter, and worse until they were unbearable and I was hospitalized near the end with my son. t have this particular issue, however a girlfriend of mine did. She developed a hernia while pregnant with her twins. She conceived again very quickly after they were born, so carried her second pregnancy with it still there. She said it wasn't awful. There was definately some discomfort, but nothing terrible. And as far as I know, it doesn't endanger the baby. It is something I would most definately bring up with your OB though. Perhaps there is a solution available now.
