Sex, spicy foods, walking, pineapple, etc. I haven't tried Castor Oil but I don't want to take a chance on feeling worse with nothing to show for it and I've read more con stories than pro. I want her out so when I can sleep it is actual sleep and not these micro maps between bouts of back pain, sciatic pain, heartburn, acid reflux, and constant trips the the bathroom.
