Hello Doctor, 14 days back I had a protected vaginal sex with a sex worker in delhi in a massage parlour. However, the condom broke during the intercourse. The exposure was very breif that it lasted for 1-3 minutes(not sure). But when i ejaculated inside her i took it off(penis) and most of the ejaculation was dripping on the bed. Which means the condom might have broken just before i ejaculated(just a guess). I am really worried that i might aquire hiv from this exposure.
Hi Asim, I think you will find that this is retrograde ejeculation, its when sperm from your sperm bank leaks into your bladder, so see your doctor and see if he conferms that.
After 2 days of having sex, I visited a doctor in Delhi and asked him to give me medicines but he gave me some ayurvedic medicines and cream to put on my penis which I have asked in second appointment what this cream is all about. He told me this is their own research and from that very day I have stopped applying that cream on my penis because of fear that it might give some disease to me.I have applied the cream for 4 days.
I am 100% sure that no semen went inside her vagina . It all came in her mouth . I dont know whether she is HIV positive or not but being a sex worker, and that too a sex worker who did this act with out asking for condom, scares me a lot . When I asked her after the act, She said that she is HIV negative.

I am 46 yr old Indian male lives in New Delhi. I had a low risk exposure (protected sex with CSW for about 5 minute using condom and ejaculated inside) on 18 feb, 2014. I was concerned of getting HIV and went to a doctor who was not known to me earlier. He then took a western blot test at 24 days post exposure which came negative. As I heard that the western blot is used as a confirmatory test only, I raised the concern to the doctor.
