having sex during tww

Do you think French or Italian women stop drinking wine during their tww - I bet they dont even think about the tww to begin with.

According to my dh, who's a pharmacist, Sudafed's safe to take during tww & pregnancy. If in doubt though, consult your local pharmacist if you need to and SSBD!

I'm TTC naturally, and I have been having pretty rough sex during my TWW, do you think it may affect the implantation? I'm starting to worry now.

m supposed to start heparin next cycle during this last week of the tww as well) anyhow, anyone think that flying could hurt our chances? anyone get preg during this time when flying? If we have a trip, plus flying and other things that might interfere i might decide to wait one more cycle (thats assuming my cysts are gone and i get a choice of course!) but i just really hate to wait,, since my endo is so bad- every month counts! Sorry if TMI for some, but I was wondering if orgasm during the TWW will interfere with implantation?? I know, it sounds silly, but I keep reading conflicting answers about this. Most of the answers I've read have said to abstain from sex/orgasm during the TWW with IVF, but I haven't found any related to TTC naturally... Anyone know if the contractions from orgasm prevent implantation in any way? I feel so silly asking this, But I'm worried about it.

Hi all, I had an IVF a few weeks ago, the doctor told us no sex during the two weeks after the ET, then after the tww I got a BFP (Thank God), blood tests confirmed I was pregnant, I'm now 5 wks / 4days, my question is can we have sex now? or should we still wait a while just till the pregnancy is stable or safe or something!! I dont know and my doctor is on vaccation now so I cant ask him. Has anyone been through IVF and got preg? when can you go back to having sex??

I know a lot of people who went through IVF and continued drinking their cup of coffee.. i typically stop during the tww though, just to be careful!

ve heard different things about whether green tea is good or bad during the tww. What is the consensus? If I take extra folic acid, which I do, am I okay to have a cup a day? Thanks !!!

I called my RE today and asked if repetitive lifting is bad during a TWW, and she said to resume normal duties just no bouncing.

Anyone drink decaf during tww? I did during my first IVF attempt (failed) but for this one I cut it out plus diet coke and anything sugar-free. I'm only drinking milk and water. I'm really craving the coffee but don't want to take any chances this time around!

t use advil, etc. during tww because it thins the lining and might interfere with implantation. Is there any headache med that would be OK to take? This is a horrible headache!

Maybe its the stress of not having any control over what happens during the tww? Idk- I get pretty irritable too! I am on cd 26 today and about bit my porr dh's head off! I was not nice, not nice at all. Lucky he is a good man because he took it all in and all he said back was that he loved me. And he even did the dishes before he left for work! It seems that the longer we try the more irritable I get during the tww...

Ok, I'm at 10 dpo and super depressed! I'm having cramping, just like those I experience when AF is coming. For the past 3 days my OPKs have been positive at 2 pm. Today the OPK was negative and HPT got a BFN. I have had a bit of nausea and am now taking phenergan for it. Yesterday, I had mild cramping and twinges on my sides. Now I'm cramping like AF is coming.

are you in the tww?? during the Tww my soreness comes and goes.. but when i was preg my nips were SOOO sore, different than pre-AF soreness, more in the nips less in the sides of the bb's (if that makes any sense) but both with tww soreness and preg soreness they both had days where they were more sore/less sore, i hear thats totally normal, in the tww as well as with pregnancy! good luck!

Good sign hun.....that was one of the first things I noticed during my tww!! Not sure what it's from....can't say for sure but I've heard maybe increased progesterone?! Don't take my word on that though! As far as sore boobs...I always used to get sore boobs during my tww...my last one I got sore nipples for 2 days and it went away. Then around the time I got my bfp they started to get like jabbing pains....they have hurt ever since!!

I spent as much of the first week on my back as I could both times I did that I got pg with twins I was told not to walk more than the length of the grocery store for the 2nd week and to avoid steps

we werent really going to start until july, but we have a little chance this month. we had sex on tuesday night and im pretty sure i ovulated yesterday. if we dont then we will again wait for july. kinda excited at the possibility though!

Ok - not sure if any of you have this problem - but is trying to conceive becoming very tedious and taking it's toll in the bedroom??? if so, what do you do to spice things up? All of this having to BD per the instructions of dr's etc is so annoying and it's as if a gun is to our head when we're doing it which makes things unexciting. any advice?

Now, girls, we all know that relaxing during the TWW is essential to help us conceive. We've likely all heard/read stories about women getting pregnant when they were not thinking about getting pregnant, like taking a break, in the adoption process, or on vacation. I'm a true believer in NOT focusing on TTC and NOT obsessing. When dh and I conceived in 2007, it was the one cycle I didn't focus on it and we bd'ed ONCE.
