I was looking into going skydiving. The surgery was succsessful and my doctor said it should be fine. I need a second opinion. What are the risks of going skydiving another surgery? Maybe going blind, maybe tearing my retna in my right eye as well... i'm really concerned, but this is a dream of mine.

If there was no trauma during the skydiving activity, this could just be a primary headache such as tension headache or exertion headache. Rest, ice packs and analgesics may help provide relief. I went skydiving last summer and it was a blast. I wanted to go again as soon as I got to the ground. About 1 hour after I finished, I started feeling general malaise. I felt sick, shaky, fatigued, cold and generally down (I hesitate to use the word depressed because it was relatively acute).
I experience this occasionally when I go too long without a meal, or when I'm sleep deprived. It's something I usually remedy with food or rest.
The danger lies in being unable to equalize the pressure either side of your eardrum during the flight. Air expands and is forced out of the middle ear as the cabin pressure falls during ascent; then during descent, air must travel up the Eustachian tubes from the throat to prevent the eardrum getting sucked in. Failure to equalize the pressure is extremely painful. Decongestants, steroid nasal sprays and antihistamine medications may help clear the tubes and facilitate drainage.
If you have ot stuck in your head uts hard to get it out. Personally i never consider it an option but i know it can happen and im prepared for it but thats all you can do. Its like looking up skydiving accidents before going skydiving its not a good idea. Just dont panic and pay attention to the fun stuff like clothes and toys and read up on your birthplan and research the good things.

The first thing that struck me about your description was that obviously air pressure started everything. Secondly, you mentioned having terrible headaches after a bowel movement (people often do a valsalva maneuver - like holding your nose, shutting your mouth, and blowing to make your ears pop). Holding your breath causes similar results.

In my humble opinion, what I've read on this forum, during my research of this disorder and 40 years of experience, the symptoms you talk about are more consistent with depression than anxiety.
Which is not to say that I've never crawled into bed with the covers over my head during a particulary bad panic attack, but never on a daily basis.
Your doctor can differentiate which disorder you're dealing with and that is what I would urge you to do.

It is possible that over the last year your cyst may have gotten bigger. Pain during sex is an indicator that you may have an ovarian cyst. The advice my doctor gave me was to make sure that the penetration is not deep. You may also need to experiment with different positions to see which one is the least painful. Hope this helps some.

Your uterus is far more sensitive while pregnant, and things swell down there making it more painful for some. Try giving it a break for a bit and see how you feel in a few weeks.

I started having sex in September of last year and after the initial pain everything was fine. Had sex twice then. Then there was a gap of a few months and I attempted having sex again with my boyfriend at the end of December. However, once he reached a certain point (about three inches in) I had an unbearable pain and after trying a little longer had to ask him to stop. This has happened again this February when we tried again.
