I am not a doctor but second the ER doctors advice in that she take it very easy until she can see her doctor. Make sure she is drinking enough and refrain from having sex until she has been seen. If I were in her shoes I would not go back to school or work until had a follow up appointment.

I am 18 years old. Im a senior in high school and during class i constantly obtain thoughts or phrases in my head that i cant get out. They had to evacuate the other students, the principal had to go get my dad (he taught at the junior high down the street), and ems was called. They had all the teachers shut their doors and stand in the windows when they wheeled me out so the other kids couldn't see. I was 2 months early though so the hospital stopped the labor and sent me home on bed rest, except school...
