Are you having sex on your period? Or am I reading it wrong. You don't get pregnant that way you have to have sex when you ovulate most woman ovulate 14 days after period started.. some woman ovulate differently..

I read somewhere on here on a different post tgat having sex right after your period can actually restart your cycle or make your period restart or come back or something like that. How true is this? Or is it true at all, and when is tge best time to be intimate if planning for a baby? My cycles have been out of whack lately, so pinpointing ovulation day has been really difficult. I've tried everything. please help!

I know i may not be regular yet but i have heard that sometimes having sex can jump start your period. i know if i dont get it in the next few days i'm going to panic. someone help! i dont know what to do!

Most woman don't ovulate during their periods. Its usually about 10-14 days after the first day of their period. However she could have an irregular cycle and sperm in perfect conditions can last up to 5 days. Also, birth control if taken every day at the same time is very effective however if she even misses one pill the rate of protection drops. If you don't want children at this moment in your life I would suggest not doing it.

You should still use some form of protection if you dont want to get pregnant again, though you dont have to wait until she gets her period to start having sex again. Unless the doctor has said she should not have sex for some reason then your good to go.

You can get pregnant at any point, even on your period. But the percentage is higher around 2 weeks after your period.

Well, you just might not have been fully finished with your period. Probably unrelated to the sex. Make sure you always use protection though even if you are on your period as while it is not common, some women could possibly ovulate at an odd time during their period. Again, uncommon but I wouldn't chance it.

Mark on a calendar when you start your period and when you stop ur most likely to get pregnant in the middle of your period so like the 3rd day have sex or have sex on the 4th day it might seem nasty but it should work

it could just be that he was too rough. however i have heard that sex close to your period can bring it on quicker.

so now me and my hubby been trying again, my period is not normal, in jan i started the 25, and in feb i started the 15, now im done w my period but when i been having sex with my hubby everyday now, after the next day i spot brownish, is something wrong with me should i get checked out, and i dont know when im fertile to conceive, now since my period came early.

it could be old blood from where you had sex on the last day of your menstrual cycle.
