Avatar m tn having activity related headaches (sex or lifting or whatever) isnt ok. just have the doc rule out cardio-vascular things. if you cant afford a doc, go to the local public health clinic, your life may depend on it.

Coz I only found out Im preggy after a month, after I knew Im + I reduced the impact and do low options just to be safe. But I still do tuck jumps, lunges & high knee runs on a moderate. Spin should be okay but dont overdo it.They say that still do what you've been doing in exercises but cant be a hardcore.. I always check after every class if I have spotting but so far none..

My baby is two months so we can have sex buy he don't try. I put on a sexy outfit for bed and he did tell me I looked sexy and we did have sex . Avatar m tn About 3 weeks ago i started to use very hot water on a rag to clean my face after running and working out. Now my nose has turned white with red blotches. I really didnt know what had caused this but i am thinking it might be drying out of the skin, but when i try to use lotion on it and nasal spray to get the color back and remove the red blotches i find my skin stays the same just becomes more oily. Any ideas?

Avatar f tn What kind of working out do you do? How old are you? You don't want to work out so much you cause damage. You don't want to run before bed because it stimulates the system and makes it hard to get good sleep. Running eventually will damage you, so you have to decide, are you an athlete and love your exercise enough to possibly stress your body, or are you just someone who exercises for health? A lot goes into exercising, as you can see, and it differs by the person.

Avatar f tn You can be working out now. Nothing to hard. My husband and i still go to the gym everyday. There are a million workouts that are safe you just can not get to hot. And it helps delievery a lot better and i heard women who workout while pregnant babies sleep better. But who knows. Lol but after you have the baby it depends on if youre breast feeding or not. But there are workouts safe while breast feeding as well!

Avatar f tn I'm 33 weeks and have been working out everyday. Just don't over do it and don't lift anything really heavy. I use 8 or 5 pound weights on my arms. But if you are unsure just check with your doctor.

I also lift weights about once a week and wondered if anyone on here has had experience with lifting while pregnant. From what I've found (of course always ask your doc) that you can continue lifting just not your max and as you get farther in your pregnancy cut the weight in half?!?! Thanks in advance for any replies! p.s.
