Hey everyone. Should I be having something to eat btw my dinner and by the time I go to sleep? We usually have dinner around 8pm but don't sleep till 12 or later and then breakfast around 8 if I have work or 11 am if I don't ( Cuz I usually like to tidy up the room before going down to get breakfast) I only work a couple of times a week. So that's 12-16 hrs with out food. Is that ok? Should I snack before going to bed? If yes then what should I eat that won't give me gas?
