green discharge and pregnant

Green discharge is not normal at all! You need to see a doctor ASAP. some diseases that cause this are, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and trichomoniasis. all of which are STDS i would see a doctor as soon as you can.

Its more a yellow green and thick and stringy

I've had this green discharge for so long (months and months) and drs keeps saying just use cream for thrush but it wont go away. getting really bad braxton hicks down there again and a very slight leaking of fluid. gonna go to hospital soon to get checked cause atleast if they do more tests i will get the results back quicker then at a gp.

I am 31 weeks pregnant and for the past couple weeks i have been having a discharge after i pee. When i am done peeing i wipe and theres this yellowish slimy looking discharge on the toliet paper, its always a yellowish color or a yellow color with a slight green tint to it. It doesnt happen every time i use the bathrooom either. At first it was like every other day for a week that it happened now its just like every couple a days.

I am 15 weeks pregnant and I know that discharge is totally normal during pregnancy. I just need to know what is normal and what is not. I just heard a story from a gal who went into pre-mature labor b/c she had a bacterial infection and didn't know it. She thought she just had normal discharge. So, that got me worried. So, if you ladies don't mind me asking and you don't mind sharing to put my mind at ease, are you having discharge, too? What color is it?

I think we have a lot of 'strange' things happen like this discharge you describe while pregnant. Generally, green or yellowish discharge is a sign of infection. But again, in pregnancy, things can just look odd in that department. If it is thick and itchy, then perhaps a yeast infection is happening. I realize this wasn't very helpful. sorry!

I discovered today that a very boldly green discharge comes out of both nipples when my breasts are squeezed. If I look closely, some parts are much darker green than others. I looked for info in different places and all I could come up with was mammary duct ectasia, but I'm 22 years old and everyone says that is for women over 40. There is no extra pain or abnormalities in my breasts, though one or the other will just suddenly sting intensely on a random day.

Could be bacterial vaginosis. I had that year's ago (not whilst pregnant) and the discharge I had changed from green to brown to orange, it was absolutely vile! But I've heard it can be quite serious in pregnancy so needs to be treated so I suggest you change your docs asap!

I have green vaginal discharge, pain and it's itching.I did a vaginal swap and the culture isolated: no growth after 48 hours of incubation. the problem is I'm 11 weeks pregnant. I don't know if it something that can effect the baby.

maybe tmi but i have been having like stringy sticky mucus with white and green in it for the past few days i have only ever had like a wet discharge but now im getting this sticky discharge does anyone know what it could be and could it be the start of my mucus plug coming away although im only 32 weeks i dont really know what my mucus plug is meant to look like because with my other 2 kids i just had alot of blood the day i went into labour so could anyone tell me what it could be thank you

I am 32 weeks pregnant and am itching down below with watery discharge that has lots of light green lumps in it, what could this be? I know I need to call midwife but id like to have some idea first. Hi Im 50 and have the same green discharge now for 2 years. My smears are ok i also had a camera in womb still doctors found nothing wrong. I had a closed cervix and had to have a D@C to let fluid out. All this is due to lack of hormones i just live with the problem as doctors dont do anything im sick of taking antibiotics they dont work either. When i tell doctors this about green discharge all the swab tests come back normal they seem to think im making it up.

Yes yeast is normally an off white color. Green can indicate a different type of infection like trichomoniasis. I think you should call back and get checked so youre treated correctly.

My doctor told me if I have green discharge it means the baby pooped inside me and I should go to the ER immediately

I have had a small green discharge for the last 2 months. I have had 2 courses of Metrinidizole and one 6 day course of canesten vaginal cream. I have had a swab done at a gynea clinic which has come up perfectly normal and no problems. Is it possible I have a bladder problem, rather than a uterus problem? I do notice a very mild dull ache from time to time in my bladder, but have no pain or frequency passing urine. I am 61 years old.
