637356 tn?1301924822 We Cheer 2 and since my daughter loves to cheer I thought why not. I played the game with her and realized for every cheer you master you open new songs. We played for two hours last night and today I am sore all over. I used muscles I didn't even remember I had!!! Plus it has a workout routine that will tell you how many calories you have burned by the end of the routine! I loved this!!!
Avatar f tn Absolutely ;) I'd put mine in sweat mode songs to work harder and was doing it constantly for about 3wks anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3hrs (split up throughout the day) I dropped ten pounds in 2wks and felt great. Definitely can't wait to get back into that routine once I get some energy!!! Dancing to the wii is moving muscles and that's a workout in it's self.
790071 tn?1291901427 My manias most manifest as potential energy that *has* to be used. Otherwise it's quite painful, physically and mentally. I'm found that deep cleaning the house is a great help. It uses my muscles, and takes the energy and gives it a positive direction to flow. If I'm in too bad of shape physically to do any physical work (I'm physically disabled with status migrainous) then I've found that listening to different kinds of music can help take the energy away.

I've also found a great escape online in communities like this one. I've also become a huge fan of stumbleupon.com which you can customize to show you amusing YouTube clips, articles, comics, web pages, you name it. Then you can "like" a particular site and then stumbleupon will know to show you more sites like that.

393685 tn?1425812522 s very fun and actually a great workout, probably more vigorous than wii fit. I combine the two, a little wii fit, then a few songs in "Helix" and it's a really good workout. I actually enjoy the step/music game in wii fit the most, I wish there were more levels or different movements to move up to, whats there is pretty rudimentary and just a start.

Avatar f tn You can stay motivated! Be realistic. You may dream of running the Boston Marathon or climbing Mount Everest. But if your current fitness level would more comparable to a sloth's, you might be setting yourself up for failure. If your goals aren't attainable, they ain't gonna happen. Maybe it's simpler than marathons and mountains--a smaller dress size or going three flights of stairs without gasping.

Avatar f tn I have my iPod with various playlists of instrumental music. Phone chargers. 2 tennis balls in a long sock for massage. A long sock of rice to use as a heating pad. Lavender and clary sage and rose geranium essential oils. Snacks for papa, hard candy for me. Clothes for all of us (plus mittens and blanket for baby.) Diapers and pads and nursing pads. Pillows and towels in the car in case theirs suck too bad. A robe. Nursing bras. Toiletries for papa and me. Swim trunks for him.
