Have you been tested for thyroid antibodies to make sure you do, in fact, have Graves disease and are not simply in a hyper phase of Hashimoto's? Both Graves and Hashimoto's are autoimmune.
While Graves is always connected with hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto's is most often connected with hypothyroidism, however it's not uncommon for one to have periods of hyperthyroidism in the beginning stages.
You should ask for thyroid antibody tests.
Has your doctor told you, you have Graves Disease? Yes, your TSH is extremely low and your FT4 is extremely high, indicating that you are hyper, but your antibody tests indicate Hashimoto's. TSI is the definitive test for Graves Disease and I don't see that listed.

hi i'm a 28 yr old woman and have suffered badly with symptoms from graves disease for 3yrs i've been on propylthiouracil for a year now as i had a severe allergic reaction to carbimazole!

"Hypoechoic" means it appears darker on the ultrasound than the surrounding tissue. Hypoechoic when used to describe a single thyroid nodule compared to surrounding tissues has a higher probability of being malignant, however, when the entire thyroid gland is described as hypoechoicit often indicates an inflammatory thyroid disease such as Graves or Hashimoto's.

So yes have levels checked, I had only TSH checked in Feb of last year, and it came back in normal range, when i had my physical my tsh was 0.00 so they tested T3 and T4 and they were not normal. Good luck, it is a slow process, and i get depressed about it often, it is not a disease with an easy cure, it is a long battle.

Have you had antibody tests to confirm either of these diseases? To diagnose Hashimoto's, you need Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOab) and Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TGab).
As I noted, the symptoms of Graves Disease are those of hyperthyroidism and if one doesn't have symptoms, what would one treat? One doesn't treat a headache if one doesn't have symptoms a headache...
This patient has some irritability and insomnia right now, which can be symptoms of hyperthyroidism, so he could initiate treatment, but it's his choice.
Is it possible for Graves to turn into Hashimoto's disease? I tested positive for TPO 562 & positive for ANA a few weeks ago. Elevated TPOab is, typically, a basis for a diagnosis of Hashimoto's, which IS a thyroid disease and can be present for many years without symptoms, though many/most people aren't ever tested for it until they have symptoms of the resulting hypothyroidism. Slightly elevated TPOab can also be present with Graves Disease, which is another thyroid disease, and there are those, that have both Hashi's and Graves.

What are the actual T3/T4 levels and are they Free T3 and Free T4 or Total T3 and Total T4? Be sure to include reference ranges with any labs posted.
Have you been tested for Graves Disease or Hashimoto's Thyroiditis? Both are autoimmune diseases that attack the thyroid. All Graves Disease is hyperthyroidism, but not all hyperthyroidism is Graves Disease.
