I am having difficulty in swallowing food, fever, fatigue, my voice gets thick, swollen gland and having dry cough. Hi, I usually tell which guy is ruled out (if the facts rule anyone out) rather than which guy is ruled in, because sometimes the poster will then come back after someone is definitely named as being the probable dad and say, "But what about Guy C?" or mention they had sex again with Guy A later, or say Guy B had a vasectomy, or give some other detail that makes the whole statement about Guy B wrong.

Wow. That's quite an overreaction. As a presumably sexually active gay man, do you anticipate getting tested for HIV and other STDs every time you have a new partner? Especially one at such low risk? I suspect you are reacting emotionally toward your assumptions about infection risk, when the main issue is conflict over your sexuality.
Your partner's assertion he doesn't have HIV or other known STDs probably is valid. Most people don't lie about it when asked directly.
I have two questions/problems that I would like help/advice on.
