No if your period is 7 days start counting from first day of period till your on the 14th day. thats when you ovulate you should usually already be done with your period. so start having sex after you finish with your period at every other day don't over do it with every day because it takes a while for the guy tp recharge with good sperm lol. And also I got tested for hsv 1 and 2 5 or six months after the activity took place. which it was the last week of April or the first week of May and both came back negative. do you think that's a good time period to get tested im 18. but by the time i reached 50 i gave up trying and wrnt to school to becone a LPN just graduated and now im studying for my licensing. now my period was do on the 11th or thge 12th of April my last cycke came 2 days after graduation LAst cycle was march 15th. Or is it too late after the 3 months to find the test is good or not? My exposure would be vaginal unprotected sex 3 years ago and I took a blood test antibody 1/2 that came out non reactive. Will this test still be good after 3 years? I’ve had the cold/rashes/white tongue since then or sure if I had it like that. I’ve never had intercourse after the test. I’m just hoping this was good enough. I also took 2 self Oraquicks and they both came out negative.

) Not forgetting that the sperm can live up to 3 days. So if you bed on day 3 into your period you may catch on day 6 if you ovulated. In terms of safeness.. don't know anyone who had any problems or issues. It is actually advised to start that early for some women in order to hit that early ovulation time.
The ovulation calendar is just a basic prediction of when it thinks your most likely to ovulate based on your usual cycle.
