What is the average time of having sex. Sometimes i just cannot finish no matter how long we go. When i was young would have loved this problem but at 37 it veary frustrating.

This is the first time I've truly ovulated in nearly a year. My fiancee and I had sex on that exact day of ovulation (6/24). Was our timing off to conceive or was it right on the money? If so, how long do I have afterwards to find out if it worked this time. I've been told you can tell almost the very next day if you conceived and some 5 days after and some not at all. Is there any definitive way to tell aside from the obvious no AF and morning sickness?
