what sex education should i give to my 8 year old daughter ? how should i describe to her?

I think that parents should be the first one to talk with their kid's about sex, however having said that i personally know a lot of parents who are uncomfortable talking with their kid's about sex and protection ect. So I think it is good for the schools to teach sex ed and all commponants of it, absentience, condoms, birth control ect.
