KF rings are very very rare whereas arcus senilis is ultra common. See your MD if you are really worried simple blood tests can tell if you have Wilson Disease.

One night I accidentally nicked my thumb with a boxcutter. I check my wifes hair str8net, count my meds, check the computer, all the doors, kitchen window etc, etc.... And kf I think I didn't check something good enuf, I have to do all of them over again. Walk as much as you want as long as it isn't causing too many Braxton Hicks contractions. I had to cut back in my walking due to preterm labor issues. But as long as it isn't causing you alot of pain, or contractions, you can walk as much or little as you want. Don't stress about the possibility of a c-section, stress affects your labor more than elanywthing else. Relax thru it as much as possible and you'll do fine. Use a labor/exercise ball to bounce and rock on.

Be careful with some cereals they can have a high sugar content. Also may be worth u walking more or getting some sort kf regular exercise. Helps u stay motivatrd and gives u lots more energy and helps u de stress too!
