Hi well I've had alot of butt acne nd acne close to my chest lately and on my face too for a while now I was wondering if anyone could tell me a good dermatologist or doctor recommended product i can use to get rid of body acne.
but ive had shooting pains under my arm, in my neck, behind the ears, basically everywhere in that area. i have red spots on my chest that are not acne and have been there for over a week. Also, i have had hard bumps on both my hands that have taken about a week to heal. My face always has a red tint to it and ive been getting more acne lately. I don't know whats goin on. Should i test ?
It worked a treat but 9months after I had finished treatment the acne returned. Over the years I have been on 3 treatments of Roacutane for about 18months each with the same result about 9 months later. At the age of 23 I went to a new dermatologist who suggested trialing a 4th treatment of Roacutane, I refused not knowing the permanent damage it might have on my body especially considered I'd like to have children one day and Roacutane causes birth deformities.
So lately I've been breaking out in my chest area so I put pimple cream on it and realized it made it itch and got All red and irritated. Mind you I have some acne body wash I use that has been working until now. I put calamine lotion to stop the itching. The next day it seemed fine until later at work it was irritating me and I saw a bunch of little red/brown dots near the pimple. Weird. I looked closer and I've never seen them before. It hurt when I touched it.
I am really worried what is this pain that comes and goes. I have noticed if I run too fast on a trade mill for more than 20 mins i start getting this pain. I have all kind of thoughts coming to my mind. I don't have a health insurance so i have not been to a doctor since past 2 years. I am going to stop taking cynomycin now but I am worried about the potential damage it may have caused to my body. I feel very healthy except this pain on my right upper rib and chest.
I'm right there with you...had it first and second pregnancy too...I'm also 10 weeks with this one. I would be sure to wash at least one a say and I love love love st. Ives apricot scrub...doesn't completely get rid of completely but definitely helps.
Yes, you need to get looked at by your dermatologist since there are many creams, and ointments, and treatments that can help with your acne. there are different types of acne, some have small pimples, and others can have huge "cystic" bumps and cause scarring.
There are oral meds, and topical things and your doctor will most likely want you to try something topical before moving to an oral medication.

Before this i was on all kinds of antibiotics they would work for a while and then it would stop working. The diaretic works by getting rid of excess fluid so your glands dont get filled up and infected where cystic acne comes from. Talk to your Derm it has been a god sent. I have been on it for over a year now.
s opinion on the effectiveness of Accutane on smaller acne heads. My acne is on my face, neck, back, and chest. There are not very many big acne heads (I have benzoyl peroxide5%, Differin 3%, and Minocyclin 100 mg twice a day). These medications play a big part in my not having many big zits.
Anyways, I have lots of little acne heads all over. How effective is Accutane at getting rid of these heads and keeping them off? (from your experience or from official sources)
