Truth is, and I will be the first to admit it, I love smoking and dont really want to quit my three to four pack a day habit. I should have been born in a time when smoking was allowed almost everywhere in America, and I could have smoked all I wanted to whether at my desk at work, or in any restaruant or bar, or at almost any other social occasion.

Well I took my last pill about two hour ago and I have decided that is it so now to keep busy for the next few days till I fell better I plan on cycling 2-5 miles a day in the morning that is when I am the worst so I figure if I bike though it it will be easier wish me luck cause I am going to need it but it is time

Take little walks or whatever you can do to keep your body moving in small bits and pieces. Every day I walk a little farther. Go outside and look around and just enjoy. I cried yesterday. I'm pretty sure it's the first time in 4-5 years. I have had no emotions on pills. Just this dull existence. So I know some things are kicking back in. The real Waz. Just help me get through today. Then I'll deal with tomorrow.

Day 6 is great! Congrats on 6 days clean. You are doing it. I'm glad to hear you are feeling good mentally. A positive attitude sure can go a long way. Enjoy your relaxing day!

t pay much for the good prescription ones and my dr said the one a days are the same as most prescriptions. the only one better is like $1.66 a pill bc of my insur. thanks, i was feeling weird taking 2.

Just run down to the store and get a six pack or 12 pack. One of my drs. told me that it is possible to have an addiction gene. Wouldn't it be great if we could just have that gene removed? I know it is now my demon and a hard one. Thanks for posting. I hope the aa meetings will help. I don't know what to expect, but realize it will be people who have the same problem i have, so no need to be nervous, right? Congrats. to you on 3 months off the pills. I am almost 7 mos.

I've been smoking for about six years. A pack lasts me 2-3 days. I can go a day without smoking no problem. Why can't I stop then? Am I truly addicted or is it just in my head?

Today was injection day - Week 39. When I went to refill my pill container, I discovered I missed two AM doses, six pills. Will this compromise my treatment? I guess my emotions got the best of me and I just forgot. I guess I should tell someone cant"t do a thing till Mon. tho. Thanks for being there - Lynne P.S. Hi Everyone, I have been trying these for months and months but it doesn’t help me anymore. I am talking about six pack abs that I am trying to get. I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! That did not help me and later on I have tried a few tips that I have been suggested by my friends but that also was of no use (the whole thing helped the abs a little…but not as I wanted).

For me, hard work hard physical labor such as yard work, lifting, perhaps building a wall with stone ... this was the type of work that got me a six pack, but at the same time I was losing weight for a health problem (Celiac) so my body fat got low.

I have 2 male cats (they are so cute! one sleeps like a human & the other likes to hide in backpacks!) unfortunately I am extremely low on cash since I just returned back to work after being on disability for a year due to an injury. I bought a 3 month supply of Frontline Plus for cats. I tried calling their vet to see if they could give me a free sample to put on one of the cats (nope not even!) so all I have is a one month supply. Is there any way I can somehow use it for 2 cats?!?!

I started my period during that week and then started taking my new pack of bc. A week into it I again started my period. So I had it twice in 3 weeks. Its just the pills trying to regulate you cycle. Keep taking them and by next month it should be regular.

We all know that no amount of sit-ups or crunches will give you a six- pack! A six-pack is the result of a clean diet as stated above, low body fat and hard, hard training. Crunches are what I consider a good "finisher" at the end of your core training, poor form often results in not much else than a sore neck. Instead, work your core with dynamic stabilizing moves.

Around six weeks I started getting rashes and I asked my dr he said it is bc the hormones make your skin super sensitive. I am now 31 weeks pregnant and still getting random rashes. There is no rhym or reason behind them just random rash on my hand or tonight one on my left butt cheek. I had to invest in a Sam's club size bottle of benadryl and a four pack of cortisone cream bc I use it nearly every day!

Is a pack a day that bad? That's how much my husband smokes but he's been smoking for over 30 years now. I know it's not as bad as some people who smoke 2 packs or more a day. He did cut down over the years but won't quit. Also, since both his parents smoked and one died from lung cancer and the other from emphysema does that put him at a higher risk or is it more from how much your smoking and not genetic? I really wish he'd quit, at least for the sake of his children.

ll be off by one day for the new pack but missing one pill at the very end of the pack before your 7 day break is not a big deal. But if you're concerned then just use condoms for a couple of weeks. It's not a big deal.

that seems to be my theme for the day. That is one of my main triggers(actually pain in the *** right now). I am right below you in evansville area by the way. This place is like one of those lifetime movies about pills.Whole entire neighborhoods and apartment complexes hooked with little old ladies and there nephews dealing their pills. Anyway you are doing great .
