allegra

11803947 tn?1430842645 That doesn't do anything to me ;/ I was on high dose with allegra, zyrtec, atarax, and a few others and the sprays before pregnant. Over the counter med doesn't help but thank god today got better after the bloody nose.
Avatar f tn If you have no other symptoms, like headache, fever, fatigue, or nausea, an over the counter decongestant allergy medication may help you...like Claritin D or Allegra D...always buy the generic versions of those to help save you money, because they are quite expensive for a month's supply. If that medicine doesn't help, or you have those other symptoms I mentioned, you may have a sinus infection and require an antibiotic to cure it! Good luck!
Dog by the time I got to read your reply I had already purchased a product suggested by live chat pharmacist Ronda R...she said Allegra D or Claritin D(generic) and local Walgreens sold my wife Wal-itin D........contacted my Dr. and he also stated the same as you 'I would suggest not taking pseudoephedrine with metoprolol. It could elevate her heart rate. Loratadine by itself would be fine.
Avatar n tn Loratadine is considered a placebo by many doctors (and many patients that I have talked to). Zyrtec and Allegra are good choices. Since Allegra just came OTC, it will be much more expensive the Zyrtec generic. I take Zyrtec. Take care and feel better. God bless.
5079728 tn?1365549989 So any medication that you can go in and buy without a prescription is considered an over the counter medication. This would include every single med lined up on the shelves ..... pain killers, cough meds, diarrhea meds, nausea meds, stomach meds, anti-itching meds, everything. If I recall correctly, you have cirrhosis, so you really do have to be careful not to take anything that the doctor does not approve first.
Avatar f tn Over that time I tried many different over the counter medicines and overtime had to get things stronger by perscription. Nothing really solved the problem, then in my late 20s someone introduced me to aloe vera juice 100%.
Avatar f tn I have really bad allergies and was wondering if I could take over the counter allergy medication? My nose is itchy, eyes are watering, I'm constantly sneezing. It's getting super annoying. I attempted to contact my OB but she never called me back. Does anyone know if I can or can't. Thanks in advance!
4185349 tn?1352014736 I bought over the counter prenatals as I have not been to the doctor yet. The nearest doctor is a hour away and I dont get paid till after halloween.
Avatar f tn Then if all else fails, she can try pseudoephedrine (which in the US, you have to ask a pharmacist for but it IS over the counter. They keep it behind the pharmacist counter and will give it to you but they limit how much someone can have as it is used to make a street drug. Fine when used properly). Anyway, those things really helped me and once the vertigo was cleared up, the stomach issues were too.
Avatar f tn I use zyertec and benadryl. My doctor has said they are both safe. Check with your doctor they should have an approved list of meds you can take.
Avatar n tn I am almost certain this is a yeast infection. You can buy over the counter medicines that will take care of this.
Avatar m tn Hi, I am sorry about the trouble your hubby is having. I took two antihistamines during treatment. Benedryl and Allegra D. The "D" part is important because it is a decongestant. It is available as an over-the-counter drug in most states. However, it will also keep some people awake especially when they first start taking it. I took it for a long time prior to treatment and it doesn't bother me anymore but still. Your hubby should ask for help with getting some sleep.
2075937 tn?1334884194 And for the over the counter kind I've heard to get the 7 day
Avatar f tn Anyone have experience with any over the counter depression medicine that works well?
Avatar f tn I know exactly what you are going through. When I moved to my home I coughed for 2 entire winters. I also have asthma and many allergies. I went to numerous doctors with little results. Its tiring and frustrating. No sleep, sore muscles, feeling hopeless! Can you tell if its in your lungs? Is it more of a tickle in the lung area. Mine was more of a tickle type thing. I did the steroids too with minimal results.
Avatar m tn Could be allergies. Try Allegra over the counter or ask dock for Atarax.
Avatar f tn I have really bad allergies also. Even got a sinus infection this time ! Benadryl didn't do anything to me but what you can take is over the counter benadryl, zyrtec, and claritin. zyrtec works better.
Avatar f tn Ive been using the Santogen pre-natal vitamins as they also have vitamin D, they are good for after brith and breast feeding, talk to your midwife but the over the counter ones are the same as the pescription ones (and cheaper!
589762 tn?1330207135 u can actually take zrytec over the counter that is what my ob gave me cause iw as also on allgera for my horrible allgeries thought that might help but if u wonder u should ask ur doctor they cant tell you
Avatar f tn Or I get prescribed mucinex, which makes me irritable, unable to sleep properly, and have horrific nightmares or allegra, which gives me hives. I have tried everything possible over the counter, but nothing works. My left ear is stopped up too now as well. I have used the neti pots and sinus rinses too.
Avatar m tn I find that I feel best when I take a single pill of Allegra-D in the morning and a single pill of Zyrtec at night. In part, I have been doing this because I haven't had to go to the doctor (or Canada) to get more Allegra D so I can take it twice a day. I was wondering what the possible side-effects, besides fatigue, are of the regimen I'm taking? I've felt much better since beginning it.
Avatar m tn Well I have had Hashimoto for the past 10 years, and I also have had allergy problems and have taken Allegra D for the past 4 years. I don't think allegra had anything to do with my hashimoto/hypothyroid.
Avatar f tn Has anyone taken over-the-counter estrogen? Did you find that it worked just as good as the prescription estrogen, better or worse? Thanks.
Avatar f tn Is it ok to take allegra D while on zoloft? I also get botox shots to the back of the head for pain. Is it ok to continue them? Ive only been on zoloft for 2 wks.
