I have heard from my PCP and a PHD (therapist), that exercise, eating a balanced diet, deep breathing, listening to music, etc. are best
natural ways to help control anixiety
symptoms. I have also tried teas and may look into yoga.
I have taken Atenolol,a blood pressure med, for years and a thyroid med (have thyroid cyst/hypothyroid issue and been under treatment for 3 years for that.). I worry about my thyroid condition alot and do not like the idea of being on meds for life.
