t think that eating spicy food usually will give you burning genitals and fevers. You can get gastroenteritis (stomach) with a fever but am not sure the food is related to what you are experiencing. Typically a fever is related to an infection or virus. Do you have an urge to urinate? Anyway, with the symptoms you are having, I would advise seeing a doctor.
I went to my doctor yesterday because my stomach wasn't feeling well and I had a loose bm with two spots of bloody mucus. (thats why I went). He told me that I have a mild case of colits due to an intestinal bug going around. He told me to go on a liquid diet for 72 hours but to call if it gets worse or I get a fever. Did your doctor suggest an anibiotic? Did he/she ask you to moderate your diet?

Other possibilities are diabetes,cyclic vomiting syndrome,liver pathologies,ETEC infection and mesenteric adenitis.In my opinion,consulting a physician will be the best because without examination,I cannot confirm a diagnosis.

The same day, both the hives and the angioedema went away and did not come back. A few days later, on December 29, I had a high fever (102°F / 39°C) and diarrhea. I went to the emergency room, they made an ecography on my belly and a complete blood count. The doctor said the CBC was totally fine, but the ecography revealed gastroenteritis. She gave me paracetamol, ciprofloxacin and bismuth pectin.
There has been a recurring stomach bug going around , has she diarreha or fever or is it just vomiting ?Could be Gastroenteritis or Lactose intolerance ..I suspect the former. it may be a good idea to have her checked by the doctor again and speak to him of your concerns .
