Gaseous prominence seen in bowels

It states that their is excessive gaseous distension of bowel loops. What does it means? Is it is severe condition.

Never had the itchies before but its about ready to drive me crazy. I have two dogs but had previously asthma-tested negative for dog allergies. But I'm now thinking that having asthma I already have a respiratory sensitivity and thereby am being negatively impacted by the great amount of air pollutants in the house due to the dogs.

Hello doc, question what do you think my risk of contracting HIV. Travled overseas and had protected sex with a prostitute towards the end condom came off and we rubbed pelvics together for 10 min or so. Did not penetrate unprotected.
