Any natural remedies? My mom said to drink a pepsi or coke, something that will make me burp a lot.
Not a pregnancy question but i need some input i just had my baby june 27 and hes been home since monday he seems to have real bad colic & gas and i hate seeing him in pain have any of you ladies experienced/experiencing this if so how did you help it?
Any natural remedies for gas? It's not burping or coming out the other end, but it's just stuck in my stomach and since yesterday it's been very painful.
I get gas build up from anything and everything I eat. I have tried home remedies but they fail to work. I bloat so bad and I am in pain until I start vomiting due to all of the build up in my stomach. I want to know if gas x or beano is safe while pregnant and if not what is. Any advice will help greatly.
I had my first appointment with my doc last week at 8 weeks (I am 9 weeks today) we were going over my symtoms and she was telling me some remedies. For gas she told me it was safe to take Simethecone. I have yet to try it or buy it at the store. Heartburn you can take tums.
This is not a serious issue but I am 8 weeks pregnant with my second child and I have gas almost constantly throughout the day. Is there any home remedies or anything that I can use that's natural and safe to calm it down?
I started having GERD a few months ago when my anxiety went to an all time high. It causes chest pain and tightness so of course I think I'm having a heart attack every other day. How can you get rid of the gerd without prescriptions?
And belching. For the next week, I tried Xantac and Gas-X (to no avail). Everything I ate caused more gas pressure/pain.
On Friday, I went to a nurse practioner who recommended Prevacid (30MG). I went for it and Saturday and Sunday felt SO much better (minus some dizziness and lower bowel pressure yesterday). This morning, I took my Prevacid (3rd day) and got SO dizzy and SO nauseous. 30 minutes later, I threw up a little bit but not much at all (more dry heaving and a bit of bile).
You could always try just sitting on the toilet and waiting and seeing if it isnt gas. I havent found any remedies to help gas come, but yoi could also try a bath or a shower...anything to help you relax. Sorry im not much help :( its really frustrating when you dont get advice and mine isnt much...
How far along are you? I didn't know Metamucil was allowed during pregnancy. I'm having your same problem.
ive had some issues with constipation for like 5 months now but it seems to be getting worse, i woke up this morning cause of sharp pains in my left side back and stomach that had me bent over in pain, my upper right stomach like right below my breast and kinda behindmy rib feels like something is swollen and hurting, feels like i need to pas gas but i cant, and even thought i had the movement after the magnesium i stil feel like i need to have a bm and cant, i dont have insurance so i really do
For the past few days I have this outrageous pain in my lower left side. It hurts so bad and after I eat I get all bloated and I am constipated and even have a hard time passing gas. Anybody know what it could be! I see the doctor tomorrow but I'm in so much pain and would love if someone knew of any home remedies?
You could try drinking something carbonated which will cause you to burp and hopefully help you get rid of some of the gas causing you such anxiety. There are some OTC remedies like GasX you could try or talk with the pharmacist about his/her recommendations. If nothing works, you should see your doctor to figure out why you can't seem to expel the gas.
I think (only from what I've read here ) the only thing that will help is the walking. The gas that I was told to possibly expect (the Dr. had me watch a video before my procedure) isn't the same "gas" as intestinal gas. So, not much taken internally will help it. This gas is "pumped" into your abdomen to expand the area so that the organs are easier to view..
s hard to believe that absolutely no med works, though -- there are an awful lot of pain medications out there and also many natural remedies that have been used over the centuries, though they are generally much weaker than medications. Some people such as those with fibromyalgia have a problem with their central pain controls. Again, life is just odd. But has she really tried everything?
You are probably having gas pains. Gas x helps with that!
Since yesterday I started to feel body ache and my face was burning as if I had a fever, that stopped and now I have diarrhea and lots of gas, I cant stop burping and the burping is quite strong. My diarrhea is now completely liquid. I feel a pressure in my chest, even more when I sit or bend over. Sometimes my neck, head, back and trapezii hurt. Right now I have a strong pain in the left trapezius and feel a discomfort or pressure in my chest. Sometimes my heart beats fast.
