Pain under left rib cage, feel light fever, bolted. Pass lot of gas, done endogastopic examination and prescribed regular taking Omerzoprasole, some time do have constipation, not feeling empty the stools, stools look like little bullet and watery, stomach look big some time.I had peppermint oil tablets, do have type 2 diabetic, take regular blood pressure tablets and reduction of cholesterol ….Please advise me what I can eat, is herbal medicine better..

If you are having a fever or chills with this pain then go get your white blood cell count checked. You could have an infection somewhere.

sometimes i have a small amount of pain in my back and chest too..i do not have fever although i feel kind of sweaty. what can it be?

can ARS fever last only less than a day?? i knew from a report that abdominal pain can be caused by ars and there are documented cases about this symptons, but i want to know the ars related abominal pain is more like inflamation of bowel or it is like trapped gas??? or simplay can ars cause trapped gas pain?? thanks doctor..your words mean more than a relief to me...

It will start with slight chest pain, feels like stomach is filled with gas after ~1hr shivering will start followed by fever. this will only last for 3 to 4 hrs and will be normal after that. This started 6 months back. it repeated after 2 to 3 weeks later. The last one happened yesterday and it was little bit serious. After chest pain I fell unconscious for about 1 minute. After that shivering started followed by fever. After 4 hrs every thing was normal. I have done blood test 2 months back.

I have taken gas relief tablets, and have been on Miralax for the last 3 days. Bowels move, gas is normal, no fever. Appetite is pretty much gone. The past 2 days I have put myself pretty much on a liquid diet to see if that would help. Crampy upper abdomen still there. Any thoughts of something else to try?

I initially got Acid Reflux followed by 100-101 Fever at the night. I have abdominal pain, fever after eating, gas for the last two days non-stop. Yesterday my stomach tensed up a couple times with intense sharp gas like pain and then I had watery bathroom (number 2). Then it stopped so I thought it was just an upset tummy. Watch for a fever since you're having unilateral abdominal pain. It might be gas or the uterus growing. But since it's near an ovary on one side it could be an eptopic pregnancy. Go to er if you need to.

it started on the first of the month. I got some sort of cold/ fever got up to 103f. low grade fever today. Pain is intense, and radiates into rectum. jarring when sitting or walking intensifies the pain. I know it sounds dumb. But out of no where i got nauseous and i feel like i have a fever && i got this pain in my lower back. At first i thought they were gas. I am also having pain on the right rib side in the lower half of the rib. I am also getting mild fever ~99F half of the day. I have my blood work (CBC, CMP and thyroid) done and came ok. my Chest x-ray, abdomen ultrasound, CT of chest, and CT of head came fine. However I am still having headache 24x7 and frequent right chest/rib pain. Drs are saying that they find nothing to treat but my symptoms are there and persist for 5weeks.

sounds like hepatitis because of the light case of typhoid. didnt have fever though. it doesnt hurt more when i press on it and theres no pressure, yet. anyone know if this is something to worry about? i dont have health insurance, and also i dont drink alcohol.
