I've had off and on chest pains since the age of 15, I am now 19. When I first got the chest pains, they occurred a couple of times but went away for a year. When ever I feel more pain under my chest/heart burn kind of thing i have this mouth walls soreness and severe jaw pain both sides. Omeprozole is not at all working for my GERD. If I take antacid like Gaviscon it works. And i feel better. But after i stop the Gaviscon antacid again it comes back. Even if I jog in the morning my throat pains. When i asked the doctor about jaw pain they said it is related to dental issue. I consulted dentist he found nothing and said, there may be wisdom tooth.
Feeling short of breath after these is reason to go to a doctor, just to make sure. Brief, stabbing pains in the chest can come from spasms of the intercostal (in between the ribs) muscles, and they are made worse with breathing in. I get them sometimes, and they suck, but they're not dangerous. Gas pain can reach to the base of the chest, where the colon stretches across the top of the abdomen.

went to an ortho doctor because of a nerve problem in my back, was put on prednisone and mobic. started having bad chest pains, lump in throat, acid reflux, stomach pains, left arm and jaw pain. stopped taking all meds and now i still have the same issues just not as bad. symptoms come and go throughout the day. doesnt matter if i rest or do work. most mornings i wake up and for the most part i feel fine. get my day started with a cup of coffee and i do smoke. bout a pack a day.

I just had a occurrence of bad/deep chest pain (middle of my chest) and pain in my lower jaw. This has happened a couple time before and not sure what this is. I did have a sandwich at lunch and this occurred about an hour after this, so not sure if it is heartburn or something-or if it is more serious than this. the pain is very bad that I feel like I am going to pass out sometimes.
I have been have episodes of left chest pain and jaw pain for about 2 months. I have had a stress echo which was normal. I had a cardiac ct with calcium scoring in which my calcium score was 0 and my arteries were clear ( they couldn't see my right coronary artery completely but they assured me it wasn't my heart). I have been on Nexium for my stomach and have been referred to a GI doctor but I continue to have this pain and jaw tightness.
Let me start off by saying that I just had a baby about 4 months ago, a few days after giving birth I woke up at 3am with an weird stomach pain, I tossed and turned until I finally couldn't take it anymore. The pain was radiating from dull to severe, I thought it was chest pains and that I was having a heart attack, a few hours at the ER and the result was acid reflux. I went home feeling better and happy it was over with, then two nights later I woke up at the same time 3am.
I have chest pain for a week now. The pain is in the middle to left side and it also hurts on the side below the underarms. My back sometimes hurt too. I had my blood work done and my cholesterol is high, triglycerides is high, LDL is high, HDL is 59.46mg/dl, VLDL is high, CHOL/HDL ratio is high, uric acid is high. I had some chest pain before but i just had it for a day but now I am experiencing it for about a week now and it last for about 5 to 10 minutes or 5 to 15 minutes.

In the literature, the symptoms of myocardial bridge seem to be more heart-oriented, in that the discomfort is described as similar to that of a classic MI, with chest pain and pressure, left arm or left jaw pain, and excessive fatigue, whereas you describe a 'flash' of chest pain and then your legs fail or run out of gas. I assume you're referring to a symmetrical leg weakness?
I am not a Doctor but do know something about chest pain as it runs in our family. The time to really be concerned is if the chest pain is centeraly located in the middle of the chest between the breasts. It really sounds like angina or gas. Gas can cause a great deal of chest pain and is generally located on one side or the other. It feels like it is heart related but is not.
I am a 26 year old male, 5'11 240 lbs. For the past 3 or 4 months I have been having intermittent left arm pain that tends to change in places where it hurts ranging from my shoulder all the way down to the tips of my fingers and anywhere in between in my arm. Some times it hurts all the way down my arm and sometimes I may just have one little spot on my arm or even finger that hurts by itself. My right arm has hurt occasionally but not very often at all.

I have pain in my left arm and shoulder with numbness, and pain in my right arm. The chest pain is still the same. I have pain in my jaw, back, neck, and upper ribs. I also get tingling in my fingers on my right hand. I don't know if these are signs of a heart attack or the symptoms of what my doctor still thinks it is Costochondritis?
