i get the worse charlie horses at night to the point were my calf muscles is so sore i can barely walk :-( and on top of tht i have pretty bad intergestion and gas for the past few days any advice?

ve had an endoscopy and a barium esophogram also all normal. It seems to me that all the symptoms are related to gas in the chest cavity. The symptoms now include "gurgling" feelings in multiple areas of the chest and back and what feel like especially strong heartbeats that I can feel easily, but the pulse rate remains normal. I have owned and rode horses all my life. I am having difficulty coping with not being able to ride because ppl told me I cant. Is it seriously that big a deal to ride? ve tried eliminating and also next to each food, let us know how long you stayed away from it. In my experience, gluten (found in wheat, barley, rye and possibly oats) is the #1 gas producer. You have to be off of it 100% - not even a little cheat. Every time you cheat, it takes almost a week to get out of your system. For others it might be all milk products - not just lactose but all milk products - some people have trouble with the casein in milk (which is a protein).
This abdominal discomfort could be due to reflux disease, increased acidity. Gas movement can result in fluttering sensation in the abdomen. It may just be gas, i get sharp pains from gas almost daily and im 26 weeks, i noticed it around 8 weeks honestly, because your bowels relax during pregnancy which causes gas and constipation, if you dont think its just gas dont worry about calling your dr its their job to answer those kind of questions.
I wake up in the middle of the night with looks like a seizure from the damn pain of cramps I get them so bad my legs hurt the next day as if I worked out! What I find that helps is before bed I lay down and roll each ankle a few times I also peddle me feet back n forth like point your toe and flex as of your stepping on the gas.
I had hernia surgery 3 yrs ago and have had either pain in my side, I can feel the intestine swell up and like a knife in my side, or I have charlie horses in my diaphragm. It moves around and I can hardly stand up. Both pains or at least an 8, and I KNOW pain. Had several catscans, ultrasounds, colonoscopy. Nothing wrong with me. Tired of going to Dr. to tell me I'm fine. Yes, they think you're making it up.
I can get gas in strange places in my body. I know it is gas because when i hit my side or pound on my back i can create a burp. the gas is very painful and can travel through my body to different parts causing very strange symptoms. I can create a burp within a few seconds by hitting my back with my hand ( like burping a baby) The gas can be in my side, middle of my back, hips, etc,, sometimes it feels like my lungs hurt but i can tell it is gas.
Other than that, it sounds as if you may have a pinched nerve somewhere maybe in your neck area. That can make your tingling feeling and race horses could definitely cause the pinching. After you confirm your heart is ok, I would suggest a visit to the chiropractor or doctor for a muscle relaxer to free it.

This sometimes causes blood clots. Urine is collected while the mare is pregnant, she has the foal, the foal is sent to slaughter. These are things I used to consume all the time. Yesterday I had gas buildup immediately after having nothing but soup. So maybe salt causes gas as well? There was some corn in the soup, but not much.
The few times I have used gas-x it has worked. But that cannot be the answer. I want to stop the cause if I can. I am also concerned that so much of what I consume has sugar in it and I believe that also affects me. ANy e-z thoughts, or time to see a gastro?
