What would cause extreme gas, frequent urination, chest discomfort, heartburn, and wheezing? For the past several days I have had to urinate often, felt a strange airy/burning sensation in my chest, heartburn, belching, and frequent gas pains and bubbly feeling in my abdomen. Also, it seems at night that I wake up suddenly with a jerk and/or gasping for air. Today I developed a shooting pain in the front of my neck and a shooting pain in my right lower pelvic area.
About 3 days later I started noticing a increase in my need to urinate (because of this I started drinking more water, to be sure not to get dehydrated, which of course lead to more frequent urination ) I also started feeling a slight pain towards the tip of my penis... Not during urination but just throughout the day, I never noticed any discharge, swelling, or abdominal pain... And the frequency at which I urinate has gone back to more of a regular amount..

I still am not sure if I am pregnant, I have a lot of the symptoms (Breast tender, nipples slightly brown and big, frequent urination, emotional, morning/afternoon sickness, weight gain and some more). My 20 year old daughter has experienced abdominal pain off and on for the last 5 years. She has been treated for GERD, IBS, Ulcers and stress. She has had gall bladder ultra sounds, an endoscopy, an upper GI with a small bowel follow through and most recently a gall bladder ejection fraction test. All tests have been normal, but the episodes continue to become more frequent, more intense and longer lasting. She worries constantly about when and where these episodes will occur.
I note that at that time I can recall having abdominal pain and flu like symptoms. 3 weeks later my symptoms started to come back and I ended up getting myself checked out, everything came back negative for STD's. My only symptoms at this time was frequent urination and penile discomfort (on/off), no discharge. I had to wait to see my urologist so in the mean time I took Cipro I had on hand that my urologist gave to me incase I had any flare ups.
Since Christmas I have been experiencing back pain on the right side, frequent urination again and occasional lower right abdominal and pelvic pain. Am waiting for an ultrasound to determine whether I have a kidney stone or fibroidsa(due to occasional spotting after intercourse), however the last couple of days the abdominal pain has worsened and I now have an ammonia-like smell in my urine. Could the original thought of kidney stones be the right one??
