Avatar f tn s prenatal yoga in YouTube. Its about half an hour video and she has simplified the asanas for pregnant women. I would recommend watching and doing one asana at a time so that you get the right muscles to work on. Don't forget to ask your doctor before starting and generally its a good idea to start and end the yoga with pranayam exercises like om-vilom, for warm up and cool down. Its not part of the video but you can find them too on you tube. all the best.
Avatar n tn I do basic yoga asana (asana means that it is less cardio more posture and stretching) since the beginning of my pregnancy. I will be 35 weeks on Tuesday and it relieve my minor pains (hips, pelvic, lower back, buttocks and thighs). It also help to have a good posture and strengthen your core muscles for birth and baby position. It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me.

572651 tn?1530999357 Want to try yoga in the quiet and privacy of your own home? There is a free MyMSYoga program dvd ad that keeps flashing on my screen here at MedHelp. I have this DVD and it is very good. The program is sponsored by BioGen and you don't have to be one of their patients to request this resource. If the ad isn't popping up for you, here is the link for more information and to order a copy for your home use. http://www.msactivesource.com/ms-yoga.

Avatar f tn You'll have to cut your daily calories and eat healthy foods - talk to your parents about making sure there are plenty of veggies, lean protein, etc available. Try walking (or other activity you enjoy) and yoga for exercise. Walking burns fat, as long as you keep a good brisk pace for at least 30-60 min. Yoga helps build muscle (which burns fat) and is great for toning. You can do a google search for different yoga videos, that you can watch for free, in order to learn how to do it.
Avatar f tn I'm taking prenatal yoga classes and they are pretty good.
Avatar m tn After this ticklish sliding sensation stopped, I noted my first pain-free erection for the first time in 18 years. This erection was not bent, but instead straight and normal. I carefully masturbated, without pain, for the first time in 18 years. It was as if I had entered a time machine and traveled back in time. The next day I noted something else I had not experienced in 18 years, my first normal bowel.
1150039 tn?1261880523 ll find free videos to watch. Yoga poses/movements are very definite and precise -- it focuses on breathing and balance -- sounds easy?? Not so........The thing with yoga is to get the posture (or pose) correct. And don't panic........when I bought my first yoga video and watched it, my first thought was "there's NO way *I* am ever going to be able to stretch my body like that"..
Avatar f tn Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum. I do believe that The Chiari Insitute has a video on this proceedure and others..... I have not watched it as I am the type that does not want to see that until after and maybe not even then...I have a sensitive stomach.....

Avatar n tn Hi Zo3, Can you be a little more elaborate about your current weight, goal weight and your height? So that you will get better help. How much you are trying to lose? ? Do you really need to reduce your body weight? Or just need to tone the arms? If it's just a toning, then you can try some arm exercises like stretching, triceps extension, etc. Swimming and yoga are also the best ways to tone up your arms. Here is a video which demostartes how to low arm fat ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?

Avatar f tn Prenatal yoga can help a lot. Until you get to a class try some cat/cow, pigeon, and hamstring stretches. You can find lots of videos on YouTube demonstrating how to do them. I'm 22 weeks and still work out and do yoga. Have had plenty of symptoms but hardly any back pain.
Avatar f tn I did yoga but once your belly gets big you need to buy a prenatal yoga video that is for big bellies.
