After reading a couple of articles about the sodium ascorbate I think it is worth a try.A person need 20gm per day for 10 days.Vitamin C is cheap and comes in 1gm tablets.One would have to take 20 in 24 hours.That would be 4 tablets 5 times a day for 10 days.I have always said that during detox if a person feels compelled to take a tablet because they are used to taking tablets for everything,'take a couple vitamins c 1000mg.
