One month ago, I awoke to find my right cheek from eye socket to chin swollen to the size of a softball. I had no previous swelling or
pain in the area, I went to the ER, where a CT scan and blood work was done, and was sent to an on call surgeon whom happened to be a plastic surgeon. Upon arrival, he decided to lance the "cyst" from the inside of my mouth, doing a nerve block to subside pain, and he did remove a lot of keritanized matter from the cyst, but not all.
