foot pain bottom

I am having a pain on the bottom outside edge of my foot. It feels like a bruise but has been there for a while. I am a runner and assume this is a training injury. Any ideas?

My wife had a sharp pain in the bottom of her foot then went away. But it's still tinder to touch under the bal of the foot. What's worng?

Has anyone had foot pain, as if the whole bottom of your foot is bruised. I also have Type 2 Diabetes but tested negative for neuropathy a couple of years ago. Do have painful feet, mostly at night until recently. Stood 2 days to cut out patterns and now every time istand for any time, it gets worse again. If I soak it in warm water, is better until I stand again. This is mainly in the left foot.

You sodium intake may have a lot to do with it. Less sodium way more water. If that doesn't help maybe change your shoes. I work for Nike and im 29weeks i had to change into "mommy" shoes once i reached 27weeks due to foot pain.

After my cast came off I noticed a large amount of blood underneath a callus on the bottom of my foot (under my little toe). Most of my foot pain is on the top of the foot. I do feel it on the bottom as well but if feels as if the pain radiates sometimes from my ankle to the top of my foot. Also sometimes feels like my foot is cramping if that is even possible. Very annoying and painful! Do you get all the other pains too?

Three and a half weeks ago I was in a skateboarding incident were I land on my board sideways from six foot up. I sprained both ankles and severely bruised my right foot. After all was healed there is still a bump in front of my heel in the arch of my foot where I landed and it hurts to stand on for periods of time and to put little pressure on. What is it? Why is it still there? Will it ever go away so I don't have to worry about pain every Tim I land slightly wrong?

Lots of things can cause foot pain. I had a bone spur that made my whole foot hurt . Need a better food MD.
