Sometime the beginning of June, I developed a patch of what looked like poison ivy on my left foot. It appeared as itchy, red, blisters that oozed and I was treating it with calamine lotion and hydrocortisone cream. About 3 weeks later, the patch dried up and only appeared as if it was dried up skin. Since then, the patch has came back, but with no oozing. I've sat in pools with chlorine that seem to dry it up, but the patch keeps coming back. My biggest irritation is the itching.

This could be a fungal infection. Athlete's foot, also called tinea pedis, is a fungal infection of the feet. Most people want to avoid athlete's foot because it is uncomfortable and unsightly. I wanted to know how to get rid of fungus? I have It under my feet and It ***** because I have pretty feet but I can't even lift my leg up or someone will see It I've had It for a while someone leave a comment please.

I might be in the wrong forum as well but I was prescribed lamisil after a positive test for Onychomycosis on my toenails. I was told to take one tablet a day for 3 months. My doctor did check my liver before starting and he called to say everything was normal and to go forth with the treatment.

A sharp pain on the outside of the foot just below the ankle bone, on either the left side of the left foot or the right side of the right foot. I too have had this pain. It started about 6 months ago while I was sitting in a meeting.
I'm going to try to be as thorough as I can. My scrotum has been red and itchy for what's going on five months. It also appears thicker than normal with more folds/creases. The perineum and intergluteal cleft (butt crack) have been itchy as well but show no signs of discoloration. The shaft of my penis is completely normal and does not itch at all.
It could be a yeast or other fungal infection. Get a tube of Lotrimin (not the Ultra formula, just the regular one because Ultra caused little tiny cysts for me in that area). All the Lotrimin creams are the same, whether they say they are for athlete's foot or jock itch or whatever, because it's all the same fungus. After showering and thoroughly drying the area, rub the cream in. Follow the directions exactly as far as how often and how many weeks.
When my son was 2 years old he was diagnosed with a mild form of hand foot mouth disease. It went away on its own, but shortly after (1-2 months) he developed what we thought was fungus of some sort on the big right toenail. The nail has essentially split in half and has raised ridges and dead skin type of feel look to it. We thought this was the result of the hand food mouth disease.
