But the baby had the legs and feet curled up in between so it could have been the leg or foot bone. I honestly think it looked like a foot bone. I looked up pics of the girl anatomy and none of the pics I seen looked anything like what she showed us. Idk she's the tech I guess but now I gotta wait and see if my doctor will want to take out the ultrasound machine at my next appointment and see if she can get our little love to open his/her legs.

Hilar regions may be difficult to evaluate due to the complex anatomy in this region. Additional information from the lateral view of the chest x-ray as well as the symptoms present, may help with the evaluation. I smashed my foot a couple of months ago with an object that weighed about 40 pounds. I went to the clinic and they did an X-ray. They said here were no breaks or fractures but said I had smashed it really bad. I was on crutches for several days. The bruising has gone away and the swelling has too for he most part. After I'm on my feet for a long period of time the foot will swell. I also have a round knot or bump about the size of a marble that seems attached to the bone.

Go for an X-ray. Take rest have ice packs and some anti inflammatory drugs. With diagnosis you should have treatment near an orthopaedician. Take care!

I am 23 years old and have asked in my age group to talk with someone else whos baby has been diagnosed with club foot, but no luck. Just wondering if anyone here is going through what I am?

weeks They check the spine, heart, kidney, bladder, take measurement of babys size such as skull and I think they do crown to heel measurements rather than crown to rump. Also check foot for Club foot and measure femur bone. They do do a lot of checking but dont worry its precautionary for the most part. Theu do watch the heart beat and examine of course to make sure all os developing correctly. Its actually neat to see the babys spine and heart etc. good luck!

I am now having issues with part of the bottom of my foot, including the ball of my foot and all my toes except the last three. When I move my foot, it feels like it has been asleep with the tingling, like pins and needles, and I cant go without shoes on that foot, I cant wear sandals, and when I do try to go without shoes on, the heal of my foot feels like the bone is going thru my foot. When I relax of an evening, my foot has like muscle spasms.

This part of the anatomy is less clear to me than would an x-ray of bone. Obviously a report should have been generated with the x-ray reading, has that given you any information? I wish I could be more helpful.

my latest back x ray for some reason the dr's still want me taqking the pain killers saying that I must still be in alot of pain

My knee x-ray states I have arthritis and my foot x-ray states I have bilateral plantar fasciitis. My questions are: 1) Does sacroiliitis always show in the x-ray? 2) Is sacroilitis fully curable? 3) Is plantar fasciitis connected with spondyloarthritis?

I was playing basketball when I stepped on another players foot. My foot started to roll in, then he tried to remove his foot, and then it rolled out. I heard a loud crack and it instantly swelled up the size of a grapfruit. The swelling has gone down but there is a constant pain on the level of 3-4, sometimes less. Most importantly there is a burning pain directly on the outside of my ankle when I stand. It is gets releaved for the most part when elevate but not completely.

First thing you need to do is get an X-Ray to make sure you haven't broken any bones. Once that is done, a determination can be done as to the treatment course.

But if the pain does not get better within a couple of days, I would get to your doctor and especially if you have any swelling around your ankles or on the foot. Good luck!

Hi, 10 weeks ago I injured my foot playing football. This came up with bruising and swelling on the side of my foot just below the big toe. I had it x rayed and nothing came up. It is still swollen and bruising still comes up now. Anyone have any idea what this could be other then a bruised bone. It looks like I have a bunion on my foot. Also when I am sat down for a period of time and go to walk it hurts even more but i can walk normally fine pain free at other times....

I fell off of a platform, which is about 6 feet high. Landed on my left foot and right heel. It hurt immediately and has hurt since (it's now the third day after the injury). It's getting slightly better every day - meaning that I am able to put more and more weight on it. There is slight bruising on the outside / right side of my right foot. No bruising on the back of the heel, the bottom, or the left. There was very little bruising around the ankle, but there is none now.

Hello, I have a very painful right foot at the fifth metatarsel below my little toe. If I am inactive for a while it generally isn't too bad, but when I have to walk for any long period it becomes agony especially when I stand up, or in the morning. I am walking a lot at the moment; and this is obviously the cause, but I have bought soles for my shoes but I still get a sharp pain in the same place on the lateral side of my right foot.
