s hilarious when people do not know what they are looking at or what to look for on ultrasound pictures. Their faces be so confused (even when things are labeled) lol I get a kick out of that. Is it just us mom's who can tell what's on there?

I had one at 20 weeks and don't get another until 37 weeks. Unless there's fear of a birth defect, fluid or placenta issues, etc, you probably won't get extra just from being labeled high risk. You can be labeled high risk for no other reason than being overweight. If you're worried I'd ask your doctor but I think it's probably normal.

But the baby had the legs and feet curled up in between so it could have been the leg or foot bone. I honestly think it looked like a foot bone. I looked up pics of the girl anatomy and none of the pics I seen looked anything like what she showed us. Idk she's the tech I guess but now I gotta wait and see if my doctor will want to take out the ultrasound machine at my next appointment and see if she can get our little love to open his/her legs.

weeks They check the spine, heart, kidney, bladder, take measurement of babys size such as skull and I think they do crown to heel measurements rather than crown to rump. Also check foot for Club foot and measure femur bone. They do do a lot of checking but dont worry its precautionary for the most part. Theu do watch the heart beat and examine of course to make sure all os developing correctly. Its actually neat to see the babys spine and heart etc. good luck!

Get a diagram or labeled picture of female genital anatomy and see if you match. Please be aware that the vast majority of women do not have a hymen that completely covers the vagina. I am now having issues with part of the bottom of my foot, including the ball of my foot and all my toes except the last three. M3aning the check and measure all of babys vital organs and check whatever physical features they can to detect any abnormalities. In fact, radiologists are trained to systematically go through all the organs and anatomy such that they don't miss anything at all - that is why incidental findings are found very commonly. The radiologist doesn't just stop looking after they find one abnormality.

Hello, I have a distal fibula fracture and was wondering about how long before it'll heal. I had fallen down the stairs of my apt. after moving some stuff, missing a step, landing on right foot, and I couldn't walk afterward. The fall itself didn't hurt me, but I knew immediately my ankle was broken as it was swollen. I have some of the posts about it and it scares me that it may not unite. What is the general outlook for this type of fracture?

I have is xanax prescription that is 5 years old, every once in a great while I may take a half of one. Somewhere along the line my doctor took a blood test and it may have shown up. i am scheduled to get an injection tuesday however this afternoon i started feeling leg and foot tingling again on the same side that i had all the pain on before. the doctor seems to think that it is caused from the facet or si joint. So we are team green, so won't be finding out the gender till we meet this little one. I been right with our other children. I be sure this baby is another boy. The numbness is sure due to nerve compression and as the anatomy of your foot has changed with the injury. Continue your physiotherapy and you will be fine as your sensations will return back with time. Take care!

Whenever I lift my feet, including when I am walking, they hang down heavily and it feels like the Tibia? (I looked at a picture of ankle/foot anatomy and based on the diagram I assume it is the Tibia) and my feet are disconnected. It sort of feels like a bruising pain. I even have trouble rotating both of my feet. Not because of the pain (even though it does hurt) but it is hard to rotate to the front.

I tested this by pushing out on the foot pedal contraption with only my left leg, and I could manage that for a few inches, as it was really tired. When I tried it with my right leg, though, I could barely move at all. So, just as thought, the left leg had been doing all the work.

I passed my glucose test and my fetal anatomy scan was also normal. the drs will treat u as high risk if u have certain medical conditions that calls for it, or if u simply let them just cuz ur 35+. Since I declined, and I've also had a healthy uncomplicated pregnancy before this second one, my drs r treating me as low risk.

Sorry I've been away for a while. I took human anatomy and 3 law courses this semester. I don't remember the law courses at all, anatomy is a beast. The cryo ablation worked well. It took about two months for the pain to go away. No complications. It is not a bad proceedure at all, recovery can be strange at times as everything sorts itself out but nothing to worry about if you're having it done.
