8856671 tn?1404143983 I sent the babies foot to my friend and he's like you said there was a foot there but i didn't see it until my sister pointed it out, and I'm like it's clear as day there's a foot there
Avatar f tn I was looking at diagrams online of those parts on a woman standing sideways (a medical drawing) and it looked like it could be part of the normal anatomy. Idk. I mean I don't know why I felt down there in the first place. I never have before so I don't know if I've always had it. I'm pretty worried. I don't drink much water and my stool is hard. When I do drink lots of water it becomes pretty normal but I haven't kept up on it. Is this normal anatomy or what?
Avatar f tn But the baby had the legs and feet curled up in between so it could have been the leg or foot bone. I honestly think it looked like a foot bone. I looked up pics of the girl anatomy and none of the pics I seen looked anything like what she showed us. Idk she's the tech I guess but now I gotta wait and see if my doctor will want to take out the ultrasound machine at my next appointment and see if she can get our little love to open his/her legs.
Avatar f tn I am 23 years old and have asked in my age group to talk with someone else whos baby has been diagnosed with club foot, but no luck. Just wondering if anyone here is going through what I am?
Avatar f tn weeks They check the spine, heart, kidney, bladder, take measurement of babys size such as skull and I think they do crown to heel measurements rather than crown to rump. Also check foot for Club foot and measure femur bone. They do do a lot of checking but dont worry its precautionary for the most part. Theu do watch the heart beat and examine of course to make sure all os developing correctly. Its actually neat to see the babys spine and heart etc. good luck!
Avatar f tn I am now having issues with part of the bottom of my foot, including the ball of my foot and all my toes except the last three. When I move my foot, it feels like it has been asleep with the tingling, like pins and needles, and I cant go without shoes on that foot, I cant wear sandals, and when I do try to go without shoes on, the heal of my foot feels like the bone is going thru my foot. When I relax of an evening, my foot has like muscle spasms.
Avatar m tn Mostly, clitorises are completely internal, unless they are erect. If they are erect, they can be felt through the soft tissue of the vaginal area even if they are buried in the tissue. I would guess, it's more likely that she is not very aroused, versus having an unusually deep placement of the clitoris.
Avatar n tn Hi I stepped on a stick a couple months ago and I thought I had pulled it all out but a bump formed and I eventually got another piece out but now I have a small red bubble on the bottom of my foot what could it be?
Avatar n tn Usually one foot at a time, it wakes her up at night, and is relieved with hot foot soaks and motrin. Its gone on for 3yrs. now and the only diagnosis we have is growing pain. The pain is now taking place in her hands and the last couple of weeks, her thighs. I have no medical history except that she is Mian Indian (very small) and was 6 weeks premie. Can anyone help, I can't stand to watch her suffer anymore, not to mention, we could all use some sleep. Thanks.
Avatar n tn I had fracture of the ankle such that the tissue is harden and gumed to vain drawing my foot up and does not spring down normally during walking. The fracture was not as a result of accident, but developed like a boil and in the cause of native or primitive treatment when I was less than 10 years it healed abnormally and left hard tissue. I am now 50 years old and sometimes if I exercise the very much, I receive some sharp pains on the vain that make the feet to spring up and down.
Avatar n tn I had an intial injury to my right foot in April 2010. The injury was sudden and not the product of a determined source (i.e. impact, rolling, twisting). The lateral side of my foot near the 5th metatarsophalangeal joint swelled and bruised immediately. I was unable to seek medical treatment at that time so I rested my foot for 2-3 weeks and the pain dissipated and I was able to return to my usual routine.
Avatar f tn Im not sure about drawing on the belly, but I have seen a lot of reveal photos where they held scrabble letters cross the belly or used ribbon with the name attached acrossed the belly
Avatar f tn My taller baby would do that to me. It always felt like she was doing yoga in there. when I went in for anatomy scan she was sucking her toes. It's probably just baby's foot.
Avatar m tn (Please look at a drawing of the female anatomy for the following to make sense. Usually, the uterus is in the middle, looking like a pear with the wide part at the top, and the tubes sticking out to either side at the top.) The tubes go up out of the uterus toward the ovaries. Downward, below the uterus, is the vagina. When a period comes, the tubes are not impacted whatsoever. They are above the rushing of the fluids, so to speak: it all happens in the uterus and downward.
Avatar m tn It is possible to have lasting pain if the ankle never fully healed. You need to stregthen the area. Any time you cannot weight bare the joint looses strength. This takes as little as 72 hrs. Therefore if you never rehabilitated the ankle it is weak and gets sore just from walking around throughout the day bearing your own body's weight. The best thing you can do is range of motion exercises such as drawing the ABC's in the air with your toes only moving your foot at the ankle joint.
Avatar f tn Hello, I have a distal fibula fracture and was wondering about how long before it'll heal. I had fallen down the stairs of my apt. after moving some stuff, missing a step, landing on right foot, and I couldn't walk afterward. The fall itself didn't hurt me, but I knew immediately my ankle was broken as it was swollen. I have some of the posts about it and it scares me that it may not unite. What is the general outlook for this type of fracture?

3986919 tn?1352125983 Fortunately my only symptom in the foot and ankle area is that I scuff my foot a lot and have weak motion when drawing the foot up towards myself, sometimes it shakes with the effort. Hope you get the answer you are looking for. I would definateley mention it to your neurologist.
Avatar f tn t know for sure that it is the same thing but what I did was gently start stretching the feet which in turn stretches the tendon on bottom of the foot that then runs up the leg. Step up a step with both feet and stretch one foot at a time (with your shoes on) Bring one foot back on the step to about the middle your foot gentlly lean the foot back or bring the heel down a tad until you barely feel a slight slight stretch.
Avatar f tn Dear Fellow Foot Drop Sufferers: There are many different causes of Foot Drop/ Drop Foot; in my case I had a major Scoliosis spinal deformity surgery and the surgeon made a mistake, placing a pedicle screw through my L5 nerve and actually into my spinal canal. This L5 nerve is crucial to the foot being able to lift up and "Dorsiflex" and also to the left big toe lifting up. And Dorsiflexion is crucial for walking.

Avatar f tn t seem to get a straight answer. The needle would have been out at least 2 hours and possibly as long as 6 hours. Her foot did not bleed immediately but there is an obvious puncture wound. Can you please advise me on the risk of hiv. Thank you.
Avatar f tn i am scheduled to get an injection tuesday however this afternoon i started feeling leg and foot tingling again on the same side that i had all the pain on before. the doctor seems to think that it is caused from the facet or si joint. I dont believe that i re herniated my disc but at this point no one will give me another mri to make sure or anything. the pain started on the right side which i had no pain to begin with on that side and is located in the butt.
