Avatar f tn I am now having issues with part of the bottom of my foot, including the ball of my foot and all my toes except the last three. When I move my foot, it feels like it has been asleep with the tingling, like pins and needles, and I cant go without shoes on that foot, I cant wear sandals, and when I do try to go without shoes on, the heal of my foot feels like the bone is going thru my foot. When I relax of an evening, my foot has like muscle spasms.
Avatar f tn I have this clear skin covered pocket on the ball of my foot it's been there for months we thought it was a wart and we went to the health center to have it frozen which they did well come to find out it was not a wart and it was a human hair caused from me cutting hair for work shoved straight up into my footI have the worst feet in history at least it feels like some days from the arch to the ball of my foot it hurts extremely and is very sensitive to the touch.
Avatar n tn What could be the problem with the ball of my foot? I workout doing aerobics twice a week. What can I do for the pain?
Avatar f tn My niece was born with a club foot. With a couple years of therapy, she's now 7 and perfectly normal.
Avatar f tn I have an intense pain on the ball of one foot. It also happened about 6 years ago and I went to a podiatrist who recommended an orthodic insert and I also did stretches for the achilles tendon. It helped. The pain is back and none of the two remedies are helping now. What should I do? It hurts all the time. I do quite a bit of walking at my job.
Avatar m tn I have pain in multiple areas of the foot. When one area heals almost immedietly another area swells. This make the time I'm unable to walk very long. The pain is on the top of foot, ball of foot, and the area just beneath the front of the ankle, and in both feet. There is pain between attacks. When walking pain will show up then after awhile disappear. There is pain in the ball of foot when I put weight on them or just push them against the wall when lying.
Avatar f tn Dr., what would squamous cell or basal cell cancer look like on the ball of foot? I have a rough spot that has been there for 30 years (I am 54). I have just lived w/ it without too much trouble all these years, playing tennis etc. File it down occasionally to get it smooth. Now it is more uncomfortable and has changed its appearance from rough to smooth, sort of like a blister with a bump underneath and has become larger (it is still only about a centimeter or so).
Avatar m tn This left me unable to step on the foot all the time. Most of the time I would step on the side of my foot. This is not to say I have ignored my foot completely. Now that the wound has closed up and the scab is beginning to slightly lift I am able to step on the foot. What I am going through when I step on the foot is something rather weird. With every step I feel like electricity or a shock in my foot. What is this and what's causing it? Will it go away?
Avatar f tn Hi PLEASE HELP I have had a lump on the ball of my foot. My doctor has no idea what it is. It's sore.
Avatar m tn Every few months I get what feels like mild burning/a feeling of pressure as if someone is lightly pressing on my foot- in the arch right behind the ball of my foot, and only in the right foot. It's not painful really, but it's definitely noticeable. The only injury I've caused to myself is a SEVERE sprain two years ago that has permanentely weakened my ankle. What could this be?
Avatar m tn it hurt when i walked and applied pressure on the ball of my foot, i had tingling and numbiness in my 2-3 small toes. is this the area your talking about? if it is google mortons neuroma. good luck and hope the guy above me is totally wrong, what i had is easy to take care of.
Avatar f tn lesions on the ball of the foot can have many appearances b/c the pressure from walking can affect the morphology. this could simply be a wart or some other skin neoplasm. i would follow through with your dermatologist to have this biopsied if needed.
Avatar f tn I have a group of little shallow flat holes on the ball of my foot. They do not hurt but they do itch. They’re lighter in color compared to my usual skin tone. There are no red/black dots in any of them either. I am wondering if anyone can tell me what they are?
1142551 tn?1264736930 I am experiencing extreme foot pain right now. Avatar f tn But the baby had the legs and feet curled up in between so it could have been the leg or foot bone. I honestly think it looked like a foot bone. I looked up pics of the girl anatomy and none of the pics I seen looked anything like what she showed us. Idk she's the tech I guess but now I gotta wait and see if my doctor will want to take out the ultrasound machine at my next appointment and see if she can get our little love to open his/her legs.
Avatar m tn In the last 2-3 years have acquired severe pain in ankle and foot! I get a burning pain in center of foot and at the ball behind big toe it stays sore to the touch.. .. Any recommendations!???
Avatar m tn During my most recent long run (15.5 miles) it felt like my sock was bunched up under the ball of my right foot. When I finished the run and took off the sock, nothing was there. However, when I walk the ball of my foot feels like a knot. It is slightly painful when I run but not unbearable. It also tingles when I run.

Avatar f tn Is anyone having problems with there feet? I'm 27 weeks and I stand up all day on my feet. I've had problems with them a couple of times. But yesterday it only hurt in the ball of my foot. I had to leave work because it was causing me to walk with a limp.I have swollen feet but only my right foot is giving me a problem. Do you guys know what to do for the pain to stop?
Avatar n tn After sitting or lying down, even driving a car for a period of time, my feel get extremely painful, especially in the area between the ball of the foot and the heel. the heel never gets sore. It takes up to 2 hours of walking about before the pain subsides, but it returns as soon as I sit again. The pain almist feels as if someone has taken a knife and shredded the bottom of my feet. It is the same in both feet.
Avatar m tn It sounds as if you may have a tendinopathy of the ankle/foot flexors as a result of the constant gripping of the foot for stability on this uneven terrain. A strengthening routine would benefit, however, do not limit to one direction but all directions of the ankle and foot as well as calf stretching. Also, regular icing of the irritated areas after exercise will help to decrease the inflammation caused by the activity itself. For any further questions do not hesitate to comment again.
Avatar f tn Ok this sounds weird but under my big toe and second toe under the the skin of the ball of the foot it feels like there is fluid there. No pain, no swelling but it feels like a blister under the skin. Any ideas as to what it is. Was in a accident about 3 weeks ago, was rear ended nor major injuries just some spazzing muscles in neck and back. But this problem hasn't gone away yet.
Avatar f tn It started to hurt every time I would walk long distances and would feel like I had my socks bunched up under my toes. It graduated to constant ball of foot pain with numbness in the ball of foot and toes with tenderness between the metatarsal bones on both feet. Has anyone ever had this or currently has the same symptoms? I have been to my GP who thinks it is a foot issue. I have an appointment with an Orthopedic, but could not get an appointment until April.
640719 tn?1277140030 I'm gonna have to check out my wal mart. Also my mother in law deals with a lot of foot pain and she likes that stuff...I think it's gold bond for foot pain lotion. I'll have to check that out too. I'll give you a better idea of the name.
Avatar n tn They woke up though fully about 10 minutes later. I then had a slight pain in the ball of my left foot but it seemed to disappear. After walking around for a while though the ball of my left foot started to throb and pain went up the outside of my left ankle. It also started to go numb, fallasleep and get cold off and on for a while during the first day, but now I have nothing but pain in the ball of my left foot.
