There are a lot of steroid nasal sprays that you might react better too. Nose bleeds are a common side effect so a different brand may help better. Others are ayamys, nasacort, or nasonex, plus many others. Nasal rinsing using a neti pot or neil med sinus rinse may also help flush out anything that is in your sinuses and there is a much lower risk of bleeding since there is no medication, it's just pure saline.

I had to take my father to ER twice due to severe nose bleeds and he was advised to stop his nose spray and only use Saline. I can't use the nose sprays either or my nose bleeds. I will also have a problem if the weather and house are dry. I use the Saline spray and have noticed an improvement. I do have a deviated septum and was told that can cause nose bleed problems.

She said a bump and it is on the inside toward the front inside wall of my nose. I can't feel it when I put my finger up my nose only feel it when I scrunch my nose up or wiggle it. My dr also suggested not using my Flonase for a week or so that it might be causing the soreness and bump haven't used it in 2 days and starting to feel a little better.

Im 19 weeks pregnant and for 2 weeks now I have been waking up with nose bleeds in the morning. Its starting to change to winter so its getting colder n the air is getting dryer im wondering if its something I should be worried about or if there is something I can do to stop the nose bleeds.
