The folliculitis is limited to the scalp only. I am real curious about the Flonase use ,but also read of a connection toi high tryglycerides, which I do have a problem with.
No test have been done, saw family physician, she only suggested a dandruff shampoo. I have been using T- Gel and Demerex.

If your cough got better using it, maybe it was helping some allergy symptoms, like post-nasal drip.

Twice in the last six months using Flonase my mouth filled with blood from sinuses. Is another medication for sinusitis available?
t look cancerous to her. she said try using Flonase as a steroid and or Bactaide on it. I did so for a few days then kind of forgot.
Upon finally inspecting it today, It looks like a cluster of 3 or so small white jagged firm peeks/lumps/bumps resembling either a cluster of something or a raised sore that cracked. It is almost pure white, but its in ways up my septum so its hard to see clearly. Most of the time it is not noticeable unless irritated.
I've had an upper respiratory infection for about a week. Went to the doctor this morning with severe ear pain, no infection, just inflammation due to the other infection. Was recommended Flonase, rest, and fluids. After I came home and took the Flonase I've had this really weird fizzing sensation off and on at the back of my throat all day. It feels like a handful of poprocks are at the top of my throat/back of my mouth. It's a really weird suggestion.
I'm also taking Fluticasone Propionate and have the very same issue. I think it's because the nasal spray dries out the nasal cavity. At first, I started having bloody noses, but then that stopped and this current symptom started. My doctor had said it may make the nose very dry and to try saline solution once daily after the Flonase. I have yet to do that, but it's supposed to help. Hope that helps.
s unfortunate when medication costs so much sometimes that we have to find an alternative. Flonase and Astepro are likely the right names. Flonase is a corticosteroid spray and Astepro is an antihistamine spray. Dymista is a combination medication so it makes sense that the doctor is suggesting the two medications will work as the Dymista did. Let us know how it goes.
Several years ago my doctor told me I had post nasal drip and prescribed Flonase. I use it every morning. But at night I snore really bad. My poor husband has really bad sinus issues, worse than mine but he doesn't snore half as bad as me. But when I wake up in the morning I have so much mucus in my throat and I can't cough it all up, just some. My nose isn't too bad in the mornings but it gets worse throughout the day.

t take really any allergy meds due to issues with tachycardia and palpitations. My doctor suggested Flonase, but I am allergic to sulfur (used a sulfur mask once and my whole face swelled huge, used to have to brush me teeth with sulfur water and my entire mouth would get blisters) and I noticed that Flonase contains sulfur in its makeup. I have a history of Asthma, High Blood Pressure, Sleep Apnea and Sero-Negative Rheumatoid Arthritis. My best peak flow is 500. I am a 56 year old woman and was not on any preventative asthma meds at the time of catching the cold and development of the sinus infection.
I am on Plaquenil 400mg Metoprolol Tartrate 50mg BID, Proventil HFA 2puffs every 4 hours, Flovent Diskus 250mcg (started one week ago), Nasonex, Augmentin 875 BID.
I notice that the ingredient that in Flonase is the same (fluticasone propionate) as is found in Flovent..
It occurs to me that flonase might even work better because more of the stream of fluticasone propionate would hit the back of my throat and be swallowed, getting more to my esophagus and less to my mouth.
The key point though is I can get flonase inexpensively, whereas the flovent is more than I can easily afford.
There could be various causes of dizziness including low blood pressure due to anemia, bleeding and dehydration, heat cramps, exhaustion, high blood pressure, cardiomyopathies, conduction discturbances,diabetes both hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia, endocrinal disorders like hyper and hypothyroidism, addison’s disease, vasovagal syncope, etc. since you had back issues, you need to be evaluated for a disc herniation at the cervical or thoracic spine level.
Have you been tested for any bacterial infections, like Strep throat? Bad smells are sometimes associated with bacterial infections. If it's not getting better, you should definitely go back to the doctor instead of self-medicating with Flonase. If it's not allergies, Flonase won't help and might make the situation worse.
ve read that 28 days is conclusive but my wife started having swollen Lumph nodes that were tender at 53 days and after reading about things like how biotin can effect results and how flonase can immunosuppress I am extremely scared that I might be having a false negative result. I did not have many symptoms a little diarrhea at day 16 and 53, maybe a little fever but a lot of anxiety and suicidal thoughts. I made a mistake and do not want to hurt my wife.

WHEN THEY GOT THERE THEY TOOK MY VITALS AND SAID I WAS PERFECT. THEY DID A BUNCH OF TESTS AND SAID I LOOKED GREAT.
Are any of you using something like Nasonex or Flonase? I do have a headache behind my eyes and feel tired a lot, but I had that before too. Common side effects of Nasonex are fatigue, headaches, a lowered immune system (not good) and others too. A few people I know who have used this for a year or more mentioned that they got palpitations, and one friend said his PVCs increased. But one can't be sure whether the PVCs increased because of the Nasonex.
t feel it when I put my finger up my nose only feel it when I scrunch my nose up or wiggle it. My dr also suggested not using my Flonase for a week or so that it might be causing the soreness and bump haven't used it in 2 days and starting to feel a little better.
Flonase...isn't that addictive?? Just use a netti pot. I think there are low dose zinc lozenges and supplements. I'd get a 2nd opinion r research more, but imho & recent experience: sore throat came on and went away on its own. So how about just trying a little extra water and orange juice, or squeeze fresh lemon into warm or hot water? Would you give your baby flonase for stuffy nose? If not, don't use it for yourself either. Think about the fact that you can have a baby...
This past week, the breathing problems have started up again. I have checked my temperature daily, and it is usually around 99.5, but has been as high as 100.5. When I woke up this morning and took a look at my throat using a flashlight, I noticed that it was quite swollen. I do have allergies, and the pollen count is fairly high, so that may be the cause. I am taking Allegra 180mg daily, along with Flonase 60mg daily to help with my allergies.
Hi...I am on numerous meds...heart(tachycardia arrythmia)-ATENOLOL; High Cholesterol-CRESTOR; Hernia-PRAVACHOL; Fibromyalgia & Osteo-Arthrytis-KETOROLAC; water retention-LASIX; Sinus-FLONASE; Dysrythmia-ATIVAN. I have also been on EFFEXOR for 5 years for severe depression. My dosage has been increased twice in the past month--I now take 187.5 mg...I woke up at about 12 midnight last Sunday and I have no recall of the past 4 days; however, I apparently withdrew $7000.
Can nasal spray make your blood pressure go high?i really think i have a problem with this stuff i never did up until 2 years ago i just don't know what to do for the first time i started bleeding from my nose.im going to try and stop useing it but whenever i do the right side of my nose get's stuff up what should i do?
