flexeril overdose how much

Does anyone know very much about Flexeril? I just received an call from someone that thinks they may have overdosed on it. He usually does not take it and took up to ten 10mg tablets today and feels somewhat out of it. 100mg in one shot shouldn't do too much should it? He is in No. CA and I'm in So. CA so I can't get to him. Should I be concerned about him not waking up? Apparently he took six of them yesterday and I read the half life is 1-3 days.

Lyrica is the one medication that I know of that is made to help with the pain of Fibromyalgia. I am on Lyrica myself for Fibro and it has helped me but I must say that although it doesn't completely take the pain away, it does take away a lot of the pain. It allows me to function like a "normal" person although I really do have to watch what and how much I do. I cannot do things that I used to do, unfortunately but at least I can function. :) For this, I am thankful.

Guaifenesin, how much is an Overdose? My daughter 11 years old 100 lbs (big for her age), took (the correct dose) 5mL cough and cold medicine that had the following in that dose. Guaifenesin, USP 100 mg, Dextromethorpan HBr, USP 10 mL. Phenylephedrine HCI, USB 5mg. But then she also took (the correct dose) 10 mg of a prescription medicine Guaifenesin-Codeine syrup (generic for Robitussin AC syrup). It doesn't state on the label the quantity of Guaifenesin mg in the 5mL dose.

I've used Flexeril a couple of times and didn't have any side-effects from it. However, I normally don't have many side-effects from my meds. My Orthopedic Surgeon just gave me a prescription for Flexeril last week but it didn't seem to be doing much and so my WONDERFUL PM Doctor changed it to Baclofen so that it would target the muscles that were bothering me so much. I've JUST started it so I don't have much information for you one way pr the other as of yet.

i have two herniated disks in my back. My doc gave me a script for soma. I don't know much about it. I don't wanna take it if it's very addictive, I'm in recovery and not gonna let a muscle pill make me use if it that type of med. anyone with experience with soma please reply.

ER nurses and doctors are trainned to see signs of drug overdose. If they suspect overdose they will get you the help you need. Panic attacks will not have same symptoms. So I agree with everything that hadenough123. It has been a while for me also since I worked ER.

Does anyone know how much tylenol intake will cause liver damage. I ask this as have read a few help posts and some people are taking 20 norcos a day which is 10mg of opiate and 325 mg of tylenol. I was doing some math and taking 20 a day adds up to almost 1/4 ounce of tylenol a day, or 1/2 lb a month and a whopping 6 lbs a year!!!

My friend is starting to go down the same road that many of you have (I'll admit I've popped a few every now and then) and i don't know when to tell him how much is too much at a time(needing a visit to the hospital). He mainly uses Hydrocodone and Lortab could anyone give me a ballpark estimate on how many mg's he should stop at?

it depends how much your friend was consuming before he swallowed? i knew people who would sit and blow a 1/4oz in a sitting it deends on his tolerance.

I have been taking 3/4 of a 10mg Flexerit once a day before bed Pain Management Dr put me on 4-1/2 yrs ago while detoxing from Valium (horrible). I'm sure God brought me here getting off Valium. People here helped me so much like Cricket, AtThebeach and many others. I couldn't have done it without them and our Heavenly Father. Was on Gabapentin (for me is a horrible drug). He offered that again, maybe won't be as bad now, not withdrawing from Valium.

Call me crazy but I think 20mg of Xanax is a boat load in a 24 hour period!! That might kill a person who doesn't have tolerance and even one that does!! Does she drink alcohol as well? A deadly combo! The largest dose of a single Xanax is 2mg...and that's going to put most people out for a bit or get really relaxed...

How much vitamin D3 are you taking? Recommended daily dosage is between 400 and 2400 IU, depending on who you talk to, although tests have been done with subjects taking up to 10,000 IU with no reported overdosing problems. Also, you should be taking it with a meal containing fat, since D3 is fat solluble. Maybe there's something else. I'll presume you've discontinued your vitamin D3 supplementation?

m unsure of just how damaging Flexeril is to the kidneys. My only other medicine history has been with Ketoconazole, and that stuff is practically toxic for your liver.

Instead, the pharmacist gave her 150mcg of it. After three months, she was feeling awful, Ached all over had a fever and much more. What advise can I give her and what kind of doctor does she need to see to get better? The GP that put her on it is giving her prednisone to make her feel better but as soon as she goes off of it the fever and pain come back and she is having awful effects of the prednisone. So I do not have a lot of experience with medications, and I am not knowledgeable about anxiety disorders. All I do know is how Flexeril affected me, and that is why I think it is the culprit and source of your father's problems. I did a little research at the time Flexeril caused me suicidal ideation, and I read other stories like mine. Everyone is different and brain pharmacology is an interesting, infinite abyss.

I accidentally took 1400mg ibuprofen within the span of 16 hours, I thought it was 100mg tablets but it was 200mg tablets. I'm 24 years old and I weigh 140lb. Will I be okay? Or is it too much and I should get checked out?
