I have been getting a quickee amino course from
sterling, anyway I had been taking the aminos in a multi form/amino fuel/and not concentrating on the ones i needed...i had been taking the tyrosine...i went and got the 5htp, glutamine,methionine, phenylalanine and theanine...i took the methionine and the theanine last night around 6 for the first time...i was worried as i knew some keep u awake...i was so sleepy i was in bed by 9...sterling said it was the theanine that made me so sleepy...
