Avatar f tn i am a stay at home mom and work part time from home but for some reason i'm really worried about this. i want to know if anyone has suggestions for fitness that might benefit me and everyone else on here. i'm not really into yoga. i'm kinda one of those that has to feel the pain and probably torture myself so much that i don't excercise much for that reason. i don't want to overdo it though. thanks for the suggestions!

Avatar f tn Erica had mentioned on the CB thread that she was going to be doing the Wii Active 30 Day Fitness Challenge. I was thinking it would be fun to do it with a group of us. It doesn't matter if you have a Wii or whatever form of exercise that you like to do. Just so long as we are getting up and being active!! I just got done looking at the workouts on Active. I'll have to reset my start date, since I didn't go about it whole-heartedly. Heck I didn't even put my tennis shoes on.

Avatar n tn Your very very young and can lose weight fast. Stick to protein and greens. Stay away from carbs which are white breads, and pastas. I would recommend eating fish chicken shrimp, be careful because salads will make u retain water. I used to weight 200 I'm 150 now.
