So I got into fitness training, put posters of Mr Olympia everywhere in my basement gym and did about 10 hours weight training a week, and another 5 hours aerobic and cardio. Well after a year of this(along with optimized nutrition) I looked like the guys in Muscle magazine. But the nicest aspect of this is that I felt GREAT! And I kept it up.

Avatar f tn -the pills will damage your interal organs and not give you the results you are looking for. -pickup a fitness magazine (shape or self) they have good exercise programs in them that are easy to follow and can be done right at home. -dont eat after 7pm. lots of water....if you have to eat - make it a handful of veggies, or a handful of almonds.

Avatar n tn The only thing different in my diet is I changed brands on 2 teas I've been drinking for years and started drinking Dan Active yogurt. Don't think that's the cause. No one else on this forum can pin point anything in their diet either. Tried the brushing and rinsing with peroxide, no luck. Sorry no words of wisdom. Anyone else having any luck?
Avatar n tn i havent had infertility problems or testes problems for that matter so i had no idea about what u assumed i knew.....i will ask my friend who is a fitness model if she uses HCG...or if other body builders do...i do know they useHGH....ive seen u on other wt loss sites and i saw one person said ur a train wreck is interesting.... i suppose....jazzbaby...we do need people like benny to make us even more faithful!!
Avatar n tn I also started a parasite cleanse the day after taking the garlic, and had been taking omega 3, vitamin c ascorbates and selenium supplements for a month prior. I also drank a few gallons of organic apple juice over about a month, and organic yogurt and kefir which promotes good bacteria. I also tried a chinese herbal tincture called gold coin grass, to break up any stones that could be in my gallbladder.
Avatar n tn as far as eating like unbreaded, skinless, white meat chicken. What about eating something lite like yogurt or a piece of fruit before bed? But, I was more so speaking about people that ate the way I use to which was me eating a 3 or 4 course meal at 10pm then going to bed. Then always feeling guilty afterward. It's a long hard road but, I just encourage everyone to stay focused and don't give up on yourselves. Thanks again Satriana!
Avatar n tn This is a situation when women need to ban together and figure out a way to take this case to a medical board and make them figure out something that can stop this and doctors from giving unnecessary hysterectomies. I wonder if a world magazine would be interested in these stories that I have read. Is there anybody on here that might know a way to get the ball rolling?
Avatar f tn I have to make my way up to 100mg. Great idea on the yogurt because it's great for getting rid of bloat caused by yeast overgrowth as many of us women have in our bodies. Great tip!!! Great job on your weightloss results!!! Do you do any kind of exercise too? If so, what kind? I'm thinking about pilates and maybe taking up kickboxing as a stress reliever. I am so excited that my DR has put me on this (for migraines), i PRAY I'll get the loss of appetite side effect!!!!!
Avatar n tn After my cervical fusion and very little rehab, then the official release from the neurosurgeon I went back to my usual fitness. I now have adjacent segmental disease on above and below, I stay in chronic pain almost all days. I can do very little upper body. DO NOT fuse!!!! I am a nurse and my husband is an OR nurse. I did it because my pain was SOO bad. I should have backed off then with physical activity and waited for actual disc replacement.
