I just hit 'send' to the editor of a national fitness and health magazine. Its based in St Paul Mn, my state. January is past due for any national publisher, but hopefully I'll soon find out, if their interested in the near future. Will keep you posted on what they say.

Avatar f tn Eat healthier, have your 3 meals and snack on healthy snacks like almonds, raw veggies, fruits, yogurt... every 2 to 3 hours to keep your metabolism up. Try keeping a food diary, I suggest using the app My Fitness Pal to track calories and exercise. Start off with easier exercise programs. Try an hour a day. Cardio will help get your heart rate up but don't over do it. Try videos like Zumba or Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It will be hard at first but I promise it will be worth it.

Tbd I fix a smoothie with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, mixed with fax seed meal and Greens 8000 powder. For a change I like steel cut oatmeal with raspberries.
