Avatar n tn - I listen to headphones and music a lot. (Both earbud headphones and the type of headphones that go over your head and cover your whole ear). Doing some research, I'm thinking it might be vertigo, but I have no idea. Seems like some type of blood problem of some sort? If anybody could give me any diagnosis or any information to help me that would be very much appreciated... I hate living like this. Thanks.

Avatar f tn I would exercise and exercise but always maintained the same weight when I'd like to have weighed less. Then a fitness instructor told me that most of our physique is our diet. So, I cleaned up my diet. That WITH exercise made the difference. You do need to exercise though to stay toned, help with the weight control and overall health (heart, brain, everything is better with exercise). So, first, think about your diet.

Warm compresses are often helpful. Hot washcloths may suffice but a much better way is with re-heatable, eye pads available at any drug store. They are relatively inexpensive and way more efficient that hot washcloths.

But I DID IT. And coming out of there knowing that really boosted me up and i felt a lot like my OLD self. Very confident and ready to take on ANYTHING. It was a very good feeling. I know I have LOTS of hard work ahead of me but it was really encouraging to know I did that. I never even went back to search for the lost pill!

My chest went tight and I had palpitations, I couldn't breathe properly and when I realised I couldn't breathe properly my throat closed even tighter and it felt like I was trying to breathe through a pinhole.
Avatar f tn I struggle with things like the give way road rules. As part of a course I was doing there was a fitness component which involved a game of touch rugby. I really had a hard time getting three man settles (an important part of the game). I find it frustrating. My inability to learn these things could come back to anxiety though. Could meds be affecting you, do you think? My memory, etc is pretty hopeless at the moment. Not sure why. Anxiety, depression, anemia, sleep deprivation.
Avatar f tn i suffered from bad panic attacks so like most i worried it would get worse when i detoxed, but in fact i got better i havent had a panic attack since before i jumped, i think my last one i can remember is the day of my last dose. Find some calming music, put some headphones on , and when your mind starts to wonder on worrying about this, just remember you are strong, you can make it through anything.
Avatar n tn I play occasional table tennis. Talk on the cell phone a lot, w/o headphones, often I will feel the pressure in the shoulder area from this, which soon disappears after a long talk. Someone mentioned a virus. I did have a strong case of strep throat, which coincided with the problem. I'm not sure if the bacteria had anything to do with causing this. I get the sense that from reading all your comments, any PT, MRI, etc., might not help.
